Located 2 minutes from Lucas Oil Stadium, 4 minutes from Eskenazi Hospital, and a half mile from the Indianapolis Zoo, your unit offers a full kitchen and bathroom. Directly across the street from a small shopping center with major franchises Little Caesar's Pizza, Taco Bell, and a Dollar General grocery store for your shopping and eating convenience.
Be a good neighbor: Please be respectful of our neighbors and community and keep noise to a minimum. No Open Flames or Candles Indoors: Safety is always top priority. Please do not burn candles or have any open flames inside the home. No parties or events without prior approval and event fee payment. We have zero tolerance party policy. We ask that you respect and follow this house rule. We reserve the right to terminate the booking early and/or retain the security deposit if this rule is broken. No pets allowed: We have a zero-tolerance policy for pets. Please keep your furbabies safe with a sitter while you enjoy our home! No smoking allowed: For the health and safety of our guests and our home, we have a strict no smoking policy. Trash is located in the back of the parking lot and is dumped every Tuesday Morning. Please be sure to place the trash inside the bin if you are taking out your garbage. Other: Please alert us immediately if anything breaks or if there is any accidental damage during your stay.

Great stay for two

We had a wonderful stay at this one-bedroom apartment in Indianapolis! The property has many amenities, including convenient parking and an on-site laundry facility, making our trip super smooth. The full kitchen was a highlight, equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator/freezer (ice tray available, no ice maker), Keurig coffee maker (bring your own pods), and microwave, plus basic dishes, silverware, and pots/pans for easy meal prep. The dining room table comfortably seats six. The property manager was outstanding, quick to communicate and very accommodating (even with our 2am arrival). The shower’s water pressure was fantastic, making hair washing and conditioning a breeze. The location has a Dollar General, Taco Bell, and Conoco on the same block for quick groceries or food. It’s only a 10-minute ride into the city, despite some construction and traffic, and Uber/Lyft were always prompt. The neighborhood was quiet, aside from the occasional loud vehicle passing by. The AC kept the place cool and comfortable, and the ceiling fans, lights, and TVs in both the bedroom and living room all worked. The couch was comfy, and the bed and pillows were firm, which we liked. My only small wish was for paper towels in the kitchen, but that’s minor. My husband and I recommend this well-equipped, cozy spot for a great stay for two!
