4 Heated pools, newly remodeled 1st floor condo with new furniture/bed. Wrap around fenced patio. Beautiful Warrior Palm Trees amidst the green grass and flowers. Light and bright with sliding glass doors and view of the mountain. Affordable for a long term vacation !

Owner left us high and dry with no place to stay!!!

We arrived at the property only to find the owner unresponsive when asked for the codes to enter the property. Even after receiving VRBO reminders just a few days before we arrived and pay fully prepaid reservation, the owner was nowhere to be found and VRBO was not able to reach them either. VRBO was awesome in helping us move on, but we ended up with last minute accommodations for three times the price miles away after traveling hours and hours to get here. We were told this was not the first time the owner has done this to someone. Beware!

Comfortable, safe and well located

We stayed for a week during house remodeling and thoroughly enjoyed this peaceful and cozy retreat at the end of our chaotic day. We found the unit well stocked and nicer than the pictures suggest - the bedroom was larger than than expected and unit has ample outdoor living space. The unit is situated towards the end of the property avoiding gate entrance and street noise and we appreciated the lower floor as it made dog walking super easy. Owner was extremely responsive and engaging. Walking distance to grocery (with Starbucks) and a short drive to some of the best restaurants and old town La Quinta. Bonus for hikers - many trails at La Quinta Cove and Lake Cahuilla are 10-15 minutes away. Super bonus - the nearest Joshua Tree entrance is 45 minutes.
