This Indian River Shores/Vero Beach condominium is on the second floor with views of oak canopy, tropical gardens and pool. Park Shores is a quiet community in a central location. It is a 5 minute walk to Citron Bistro, J. McLaughlin and Alimentari Gourmet Market, as well as the beach via Beachcomber Lane. Bike ride into town/Ocean Drive. The unit has recently redone bathrooms with marble vanities and an updated kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances. Both bedrooms feature walk-in closets and attached bathrooms. Master bath with dual vanities and walk-in shower. Secondary bath with shower/tub combination. Furniture and mattresses new in 2021. Freshly painted, high ceilings, crown molding. Two screened porches. One car garage with storage area. New carpeting will be installed in summer of 2023.
