Watch rocket launches, sunrises, sunsets and more without leaving our end-unit condo's interior. The floor to ceiling windows face all four directions and the balconies are the best in the area. The unit has 2 bedrooms 2 full baths and 1,365 SF of living space. My wife and I live nearby in Orlando so the condo is very clean and includes everything you will need. It has a large heated pool, secure entry, spa, fitness center, tennis court and underground parking, . Conveniently located to other activities besides the ocean. Our place is ideal for a retired couple escaping the winter months or anytime to just get away.
Check In 4:00 pm, Check-Out 11:00 am. Max occupancy 6, minimum age 35 years, not suitable for children. No smoking, pets, parties or events allowed.

Building common areas include a communal heated pool, Spa and Hot Tub, Fitness Center and Tennis Court. The rent includes a private underground secured parking space protected from the elements with direct elevator services to the 6th floor. The Condominium has two full time staff members for building maintenance and emergency help should you need it.
Nearby area includes churches, cinemas, health and beauty spas, library, marina, ocean front parks, playgrounds. The area abounds with many and varied restaurants to enjoy, should you not feel like cooking in your own kitchen. Activities include beachcombing, bird watching at our world renown Cape Canaveral National Seashore and adjacent Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge, boating on the Banana and Indian Rivers, shopping, scenic drives or simply walking on the beach.
Convenient to local banks/ATM, fitness center, grocery stores and medical services. Also convenient to the nearby Kennedy Space Center Visitor Center and tour buses. Ted was very easy to work with and responded quickly for all of my inquiries. The unit is well stocked with kitchen items, beach chairs and towels. I enjoyed having breakfast and lunch on the balcony. Was able to see beautiful sunrises over the ocean from the balcony and master bedroom, and sunsets from the second bedroom. There is a pull out sofa, but I did not have the opportunity to use it. I would rent from Ted again.

Perfect ocean views in a homey setting.
My three month stay at this ocean front condo end unit was totally amazing with the sun, sand and waves just below. Plenty of beach chairs, beach towels and umbrella plus patio furniture to enjoy the afternoon shade and view rocket launches up the coast. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked to the max. No need to bring sharp knives, a wine bottle opener or spices or anything else. The owner Ted and his wife were very helpful and responded to questions quickly. I can highly recommend staying here!

More than we expected!
The host provided us with a beautiful condo unit. This place was literally on top of the beach. The condo was well decorated, extremely clean, spacious, and well stocked with everything you might need. If we had questions, the owners responded immediately. We would certainly recommend staying there.

A GREAT PLACE
This is a great place. Located on the 6th floor of a 9 story building, it offers a beautiful, expansive view of the beach and ocean from both the master bedroom and the living room. Also, as a corner unit, it allows lots of natural daylight from three sides and has a big porch.
The unit is well maintained, clean and pleasantly furnished. The kitchen is large and probably the best equipped of any condo property we have rented. We found a wide variety of cookware, bakeware and utensils. A generous supply of dishes and silverware allow two people to actually fill the dishwasher before having to run it. We also found a good assortment of food storage containers, household cleaning supplies, paper goods and even general office supplies like pens, pencils, tape, scissors, etc.
Some bathroom basics – e.g. shampoo, band-aids, soap – were available, obviously left from tenant to tenant but enough to get you started if you don't arrive with your own. The master bath has two sinks which is a plus.
The owners are very congenial folks and very responsive to questions.
The location is very attractive, especially for a long-term stay. The building is set back from the highway so that traffic noise is barely noticeable. The beach in front of the building was never really crowded and there seems to be no such thing as a noisy neighbor. A ten-minute walk gets you to a shopping center with a Winn-Dixie, a Walmart and a Dollar Store. A number of restaurants and many small retail shops are also very close by.
All if all, we enjoyed our nearly 2 month stay immensely. We felt very much at home – more like residents than tenants. We would love to rent the unit again, perhaps for longer, but availability is, understandably, limited during the winter months.
