The house was very clean and well-stocked. There were plenty of dishes and silverware as well as cooking equipment. 3 washers and dryers is a great idea! The layout was perfect, as was the location. We also appreciated the adequate amount of towels, washcloths, and hand towels. We would recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to stay with a large family. Also: all of the beds were very comfortable with quality mattresses and bedding.

Ray was an amazing host! 5 Stars!We stayed in this beautiful home for 8 days with 8 adults and 2 kids, and it was absolutely perfect for our group. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. The kids were obsessed with fishing at the pond on the property. We even made a quick trip to the nearby Walmart for extra fishing poles, and the catch-and-release kept both the kids and adults entertained the whole trip!The video table game upstairs was another big hit, and the location couldn’t be better—lots of great restaurants nearby and the beach just a few blocks away for a quick drive. The neighborhood was quiet, and we practically had the community pool to ourselves every day.We had one small issue with a smoke detector chirping, but Ray responded immediately and had it fixed within the hour, which we really appreciated.There were plenty of towels, including beach towels, which made everything super convenient. Overall, this home was wonderful, and we would definitely rent it again. Highly recommend!

Pros:This condo was comfortable and spacious for our group of 9. High ceilings gave it an open feel. The bed/bedrm ratio worked well. Kitchen has granite counters, clean stainless steel appliances, and plenty of dishes/utensils. Living areas are cozy, and the 3 washers/dryers were a big plus (*even though we had to fix one dryer vent). Linens were fresh/abundant. The small pool was close and enjoyable when not used by other groups.Cons:"Beachside" and "Luxury" are a stretch. It’s ¾ mile to the beach—not ideal w/ kids/gear. Free parking helped, but inattentive pet owners at Dog Beach were an issue. One kid stepped in dog waste, and a dog peed on our chair. Kitchen cabinets needed deep cleaning; cookware was rusty/outdated—we bought basics. Only 2/5 bdrms had usable closets. Despite cool A/C, air was damp and clothes stayed clammy. Pool table/ping pong were advertised, but cues/paddles were broken, and balls didn’t arrive from the owner until the day before we left. Outdoor areas were messy—balconies, palm fronds, rusted grill, and broken chairs.Summary:We made it work and had a great time, but the listing could be more accurate, and the property (inside/out) could benefit from better upkeep.

Spacious VRBO in Indian Beach

Rented 5 BR unit in Indialantic FL a family gathering. We celebrated a birthday party and spent time with family living in the area. The property was very well laid out - spacious but also allowed for privacy.We thought maybe the shared pool would be a bummer but turned out not to be too busy so no issues.The kids enjoyed the games spaces. The kitchen was well appointed and it was convenient to the beach and zoo as well as for shopping.

Great place to stay with family!

The property was in great condition, very comfortable and well located close to the beach. We really felt great during our stay. My family loved the ping pong and pool tables in the garage.

Great Property

This place is a consummate Vacation rental property. Tons of bed rooms, tons of beds. Well maintained. Lots to do—ping pong, billiards, video games, large TVs to share and small ones in every room. Spacious kitchen large dining table. We were there for one pleasant family night. The “neighborhood” is a half circle of similar townhomes around a retention pond and a small shared community pool. It is 6 blocks(ish) from the beach, and you have to walk down a major highway to get there. But if you understand the location and that it is not really beachfront, but more like —close to the beach—you will have a great time.
