This unit sleeps 4 in beds. The maximum occupancy for this unit is 6 as we can provide an air mattress. Located in beautiful Indian Harbour Beach, Florida in central Brevard County, we offer guests a relaxing stay. All our units are direct ocean front. Each unit is a beautifully decorated 2 Bedroom/2 Bath condominium. This 1350 sf condo is in the Indian Harbour Beach Club on the sixth floor. Great views of the rocket launches and cruise ships leaving Port Canaveral. This beach front condo complex is a hidden gem that most people do not know about. Those who do know about it, usually reserve their rooms a year in advance. There is covered and open parking. And on the inside, the primary bath and guest bath are fully equipped with all the necessities. Linens and towels are provided. All televisions are either smart TVs or equipped with Roku streaming devices. All TVs include the Spectrum and Xumo apps for live television. Please remember to bring or know your streaming service passwords, as you will need them to log in and access your favorite apps during your stay. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would expect. Refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove, coffee pot, blender, toaster etc. The primary bedroom has a king size bed, and the guest room has two single beds. The laundry room has a large capacity washer and dryer. The complex also has a heated swimming pool, shuffleboard courts, outdoor gas grills, and a car wash area. Conveniently located near Publix, Winn Dixie, Walmart, and many restaurants. Beach towels, beach chairs (2) and an umbrella are provided.


We are located just 8.7 miles and 19 minutes from Melbourne International Airport, serviced by Delta Airlines and American Airlines.

Breathtaking views make for a stunning unit

What a Fantastic getaway. The condo was perfect. What a great place to really relax. Every window had a great view of the ocean. We spent most of our time on the beautiful beach. I have never seen so many beautiful shells in my life. We will definitely be back.

Best located unit in the complex

We lacked nothing and thoroughly enjoyed our time. Deck is amazing and we loved being on the end with all the windows and privacy. Indian Harbor located near to everything we wanted to do. Hope to come back again.

Perfect balcony view and close to everything.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here. The beach and pool are wonderful. The area has plenty to offer in dining and shopping. We rented a boat and took our own tour of the inlet. On another day we went to the Space Center. On another we went on an airboat ride. Great place to stay and great memories! Thank you!

Great Time

The beach was phenomenal and quiet! The unit was very clean and stocked with everything we needed for our stay (to include beach towels, chairs and umbrellas). Both Cindy and Wendy were super sweet and professional. The only complaint I had is I wish the master bathroom had better water pressure, but I am a little bit of a shower snob. The unit is dated, but we spent more time on the beach and doing fun activities so no bother there. The beds were also super comfy which we appreciated. Thank you for being part of our vacation!

Beautiful views from this top floor condo!

We could not have been more pleased with this beautiful condo. Not only was it tastefully decorated, but very clean, and the views from this corner 6th floor (top) unit were phenomenal. All the necessities were provided, and the rooms were large and comfortable. Wendy made check-in a breeze. A great place to vacation - did not disappoint on any count!
