This location is one-of-a-kind with plenty of outdoor living space and activities, ocean views with all rooms having private access, and where no expense was spared to assist you in making your vacation truly memorable, The beach in front of this property is one of the most pristine beaches in the area. Where you can just sit back and enjoy watching the locals in one of the nicest beach towns on the east coast, or take a walk on the beach to one of the local pubs, watch a launch from NASA space Center, engage in turtle nesting, fishing, surfing, sunbathing, swimming, or just escape to your own private oasis, you have the best of both worlds in this Bungalow. This location is minutes away from two golf courses, downtown Melbourne nightlife, parks and recreation, fishing pier, and a host of restaurants and boutique stores on Fifth avenue, or take a drive or bike ride north or south down A1A to the town's favorite restaurants and pubs. The property also has easy access to I95 with a 15 minute ride to Melbourne International Airport. Each Bungalow will be equipped with two bicycles for those who like to ride, two surfboards for the surfers, two paddleboards for the paddlers. beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers for those who like to drink, and other beach essentials are also available. The Bungalow also offer plenty of parking for those of you with a tagalong. We want our guests to have the time of their life. Our mission at Sunshine Beach House is to make your vacation feel like a vacation, so on that note surfs up got-to-go and I hope we see you soon.

This adorable bungalow provided so much more than the amenities and privacy with the ocean just steps away. It was a close drive to great restaurants, festivals, space launch viewing, concerts and grocery stores. I loved that we could cook a homemade meal and then relax either in the front or back patio. Spring break getaway

My daughter and I spent her spring break at this beautiful bungalow just steps from the beach. It was amazing! Beautiful sunrises, we got to see a rocket launch from the quiet beach and never had to worry about the beach being crowded. Everything thing was provided, more than we could even use. Loved every second!

These are beautifully remodeled apartments. Parking-restricted public beach access is directly in front of the property. There is fantastic attention to detail that made our stay wonderful, with great linens, kitchen supplies, and even some treats for our arrival. The feel was like a boutique hotel but with spacious rooms and a great kitchen! Sunshine is a lovely person who has done a beautiful job!

Great host who is very responsive to messages. An easy, 1 minute walk from the door to the shore. Great patio that offers additional space to relax. Although it is right next door to other establishments, it still allows for enough privacy. It is not near the larger condos/hotels, so the beach was not crowded. We enjoyed the surf boards and bikes provided by the host. Everything was great for our family!

The property and location are excellent. Very close to the beach. Property is very clean and well appointed so I was able to cook and prepare meals. Home from home. Owner was very pleasant and helpful. We would definitely recommend to friends and we will be back. One suggestion take some new pictures the current ones don’t do the space credit. It is a great space with a Miami vibe.

Relax at Sunshine’s Beach House

Sunshine’s (named after the host) beach house is worth a visit. The host turned this old surf shop into a wonderful and very “cool” property just steps away from a beautiful and expansive beach. Unfortunately, the ocean was a bit active for the days we stayed in the Indialantic, so we did not get wet. Nevertheless, the morning beach walks were enjoyable and relaxing. We ate out each night, so we did not really use the adequately equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. The washer and dryer were handy. It was just my wife and myself, so we had plenty of room and a lot of privacy. We were in Florida for a specific Space X launch, so we spent more time in the car (over an hour drive one-way to the Kennedy Space Center) than enjoying the bungalow and sand and sun. We did see another Space X launch this time from the bridge leading to the beach. The property is conveniently located near Melbourne Airport (~12-minute drive) and the car rental process was very convenient. We had parking for our rental car in front of the bungalow which had plenty of outdoor space to relax in privacy. Again, we underutilized. It was fun to see the number of bikes with surfboards arrive at the public beach area each morning. Although the bungalow is located next to a public access, the car, bike, and foot traffic was not bad. The only downside was trying to stream on the TVs in the living room and bedrooms. Overall, we would stay again if my travels ever brought me back to the area. Much more to explore.

Fantastic Experience

This was a perfect location and house for our small family of four. It was without a doubt the cleanest and well kept house we've ever stayed in. The amenities are nice with everything you need for the beach and cooking. Location was perfect as it sits in a quiet culdesac, with only about 30 second walk to the sand. Beach was beautiful and not crowded. The owner is very friendly and helpful, and made us feel at home during the stay. Would definitely recommend this property for anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable getaway.

Our family of 4 (two adults and two school age children) loved this place. It has a very modern feel and is one of the nicer places we've ever stayed for vacation. It has all the amenities you would need for your stay including beach necessities. The beach is right next door literally steps away with easy access. The property owner was wonderful and very helpful. We definitely plan to return.

Wonderful Stay

We stayed here to visit the beach and Kennedy Space Center. The house was 50 steps from the beach and about an hour from KSC so it was perfect for us. We found the amenities to be perfect for a family of four with two school age children. The house was very clean and the manager was help nice and helpful.
