Less than a block from the beach! A simple 1 hour drive from theme park attractions in Orlando, 1 hour from the world famous Kennedy Space Center, and a quick 20 minutes to Cocoa Beach.

The unit was very clean and new. It was only a short walk to the beach. Wonderful place !!
