Newly renovated four bedroom, three-bath house in quiet cul de sac, and only 600 steps to the Atlantic Ocean. 90 DAY MINIMUM RENTAL. Beautiful solar-heated pool, fenced in yard, one-car garage and large parking area in front. Two master bedrooms with king beds--one on first floor, one on second floor. Two other bedrooms with queen beds. Credit and security checks; references required. No loud parties in this neighborhood. Pets allowed by owner approval. Professionally decorated and very well-equipped, modern kitchen. Screened-in porch and gas grill. Beach equipment included. Very close to restaurants, shopping and beach rentals.
