Forest Pines Retreat

This unit offers 3 large bedrooms all equipped with King size beds for your comfort, when you enter the property there is a den and sitting area with a Flat Screen Tv, down the hallway you will find 2 bedrooms with a full bathroom you share with the 2 rooms. Up the stairs you will find the kitchen and living room that share a large common space for gathering with your friends and family. The master bedroom is also located on the second floor. The master bedroom is very spacious and has a full bathroom. The kitchen has been totally remodeled with granite counter tops and stainless-steel appliances. And don't forget about the deck located next to the living room, perfect for enjoying a drink and watching the Tahoe skies.

The location is one of the most desired complexes in town, take a stroll down the bike path to the private beaches, Hyatt, Recreational center, tennis complex or continue on the pathway to the East shore bike trail that takes you all the way to Sand Harbor State Beach.

Note: Please ask about access to Incline's private beaches. Public beaches like Sand Harbor 3 miles away and Kings Beach 4 miles away are all open to the public.

Great Location

This condo had everything we needed and was located in a great location. It's five minutes to Diamond Peak and 3 minutes to the lake. Super convenient for everything we needed.

Very Nice, Comfortable, and Clean Property

Our family has been spending summers in Lake Tahoe for over 50 years and must say that this condo met all of our needs. The unit was nice and clean along with everything we needed as well as updated and really nice bathrooms. Incline is our favorite lake location and if this condo is available when we travel again we will certainly look to stay there.

Wonderful North Lake Tahoe condo

This is a gem of a rental. Well equipped, great location, spacious, quiet complex, easy communication with the property manager. Pool was small but perfect for our family and not crowded. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect spot for a quick getaway

Condo was clean and well stocked. Location was great, very short walk to Incline Beaches. (We paid extra for a guest pass to the local's beach). Complex was very quiet. the pool seemed nice, although we just walked by. TV easy to handle and all the appliances worked. No complaints! This may be our new spot in Incline...

Beautiful place for short get away

We’ve been renting around the lake for about 35 years and this is among the nicest we’ve stayed at. There were only two of us and we could only stay for 2 nights but enjoyed the home. The only thing that we couldn’t figure out was how to watch regular cable in the living room as we kept getting a check source message. Great home for two and even better for more. We love this townhome!

My husband, son, and I had an incredible time during our stay for March Madness. What a great townhome! Very clean, beds we’re comfortable, and the kitchen was more well stocked than any other rental we have stayed at. There are TVs in every room and the bathrooms are a good size. Cozy condo and great location

Everything was perfect when we got there. We were minutes to the stores and tennis center. Also very close to beautiful beaches and restaurants. Beds were comfortable and it was nice to have rooms both upstairs and downstairs for privacy. We’d definitely book again!

Great accommodations

Great location, clean, nice furnishings and updated kitchen and baths are not to disappoint. I would stay there again, but I would prearrange for the beach passes prior to check in, we totally wanted to go to the beach in Incline and because we were busy with vacation plans were never able to connect with the property manager to get the passes. The beach is walkable, but ONLY if you have the passes can you get in and you have to get the pass from the property manager who may not be available.

The perfect place for a getaway

I stayed at Forest Pine with two friends. It was the perfect place in every way, I can’t speak highly enough about it. The cleanliness was impeccable, the decor was charming, the beds firm and so comfortable, the kitchen well equipped and the location was unbeatable. Wonderful Spot in the Heart of Incline Village
