This lower level, single story, two-bedroom, two-bath condominium is perfect for summer lake and winter ski vacations for families or small groups of friends. The recently updated condominium is centrally located in Incline Village within the very popular, well-maintained McCloud complex. A sauna and hot tub are only a minute beyond the front door. It's a short 15-minute walk to the Hyatt Hotel/Casino, several local parks, the recreation center, shopping, and dining. Two golf courses, Mt. Rose and Diamond Peak ski resorts, and Sand Harbor State Park are all within a 15-minute drive. The condominium will accommodate up to four guests with a primary bedroom (queen bed) and second bedroom (two twin beds). A pull-out sleeper sofa is also available in the living room. A detached one car garage is provided (one car maximum). The condominium is non-smoking, and pets are not allowed. Reflective of the weather, there is no air conditioning, which is consistent with many properties in Incline Village. Please Note, the condominium currently does not offer Incline Village beach access due to local city ordinance rental restrictions.
