The room was very clean. The carpet in the hallway could use updating but otherwise clean. The front desk clerk name Dae Kyoung Kim was very helpful with getting us to our cruise ship terminal. The hotel was close to train station. It was about 7 minute walk. Also easy access to buses. Many shops nearby, but don't open till after 10 am. Otherwise great location.

Member of staff were welcoming and friendly. Clean and comfortable bed, only one thing the gab between the blind in the bathroom was a little bit strange.. Other than that it was a great time in songdo. Thank you.

The stay here was quite enjoyable. The view was excellent, the room was clean, the bathroom was spotless, and there was even a bathtub jacuzzi which was an unexpected surprise. It was close to the subway station and several bus stops, with a number of shopping areas and restaurants within a 10-minute walk. Definitely spend some tine exploring the area, and absolutely visit the Incheon Information Center that’s about a 5-minute walk from the hotel. We decided to make this hotel the point of departure for all our excursions. The subway and buses can take you anywhere you need to go in Seoul. I do have one suggestion for the hotel mgmt.(which is why I could only give 4 stars): Please provide reading lamps! The ceiling lights aren’t really conducive to reading, and lighting the whole room so a single person can read isn’t really a viable solution.
