Member of staff were welcoming and friendly. Clean and comfortable bed, only one thing the gab between the blind in the bathroom was a little bit strange.. Other than that it was a great time in songdo. Thank you.

The stay here was quite enjoyable. The view was excellent, the room was clean, the bathroom was spotless, and there was even a bathtub jacuzzi which was an unexpected surprise. It was close to the subway station and several bus stops, with a number of shopping areas and restaurants within a 10-minute walk. Definitely spend some tine exploring the area, and absolutely visit the Incheon Information Center that’s about a 5-minute walk from the hotel. We decided to make this hotel the point of departure for all our excursions. The subway and buses can take you anywhere you need to go in Seoul. I do have one suggestion for the hotel mgmt.(which is why I could only give 4 stars): Please provide reading lamps! The ceiling lights aren’t really conducive to reading, and lighting the whole room so a single person can read isn’t really a viable solution.

Great hotel as usual

Very good location. Easy access to transit, shopping, site seeing etc. Parkview room was exceptionally great to overlook the Hanok village and Central Park. This hotel is quite old and may need some upgrades but still in good condition. Only one thing that gave me negative impression was A staff at the front desk who was quite rude to tourist. But I guess he had a bad day. Other than that I will definitely go back again when I am in Songdo area.

It was inconveniently located near Central Park and the train station. Windows and glass wall bathroom enclosure needs to be cleaned better. Lots of windows were cleaned to a certain height and the rest was pretty dirty in the breakfast restaurant. Our bathroom glass wall enclosure had water streaks or stains on the bottom half behind the bath tub, but very visible from the bedroom side as it is the wall of the bathroom.

Very rude staff at reception desk. We wanted to have dinner on the opposite side of Central Park, and was told that we have to go all the way around because of the man made lake, even though we later found out that there is a bridge that we can cross and it was only a short walk to the restaurant. The hotel looked very grand and prestigious in photos, but the rooms were not very well designed. For example, the drawers and closets were very hard to open. And such a small closet for a big room! Disappointed..
