One of the worst Hotels i have ever been. Window frame looks like 30 years old, window itself very dirty. View is horrible. Dogs on roof of Restaurants in front of Hotel, screeming because get punished, maybe killed. Do not come here!!!
This was by far the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I selected it because of the airport shuttle and fitness center on site. Upon check in we were notified that they don't have a shuttle. I informed them that they shouldn't advertise that on their website if they don't have one. When I inquired about the fitness center hours, I was told I couldn't use it because I was a woman and that It is for men only. I was beyond outraged. To top it all off our room was way too hot and we were unable to lower the thermostat to below 68℉ and our beds were incredibly uncomfortable. We also felt confined to our room because we didn't feel safe walking around the streets surrounding the hotel. We didn't get to explore Incheon like we had wanted to and were very upset by this. I had another reservation for a night at this hotel later in the year and immediately canceled. If you have other options, pick them, this hotel was not worth it.
Bare bones no frills hotel...no porter, but you can use their cart. It's clean and inexpensive...they allowed us to store bags while we are gone for a few days and returning to this hotel. They were accommodating in that way.
The rooms are spacius and clean, but old and worn out!!!. I expected much more for a so called 4start hoetl. The location is not good. Nothing is speciall about the hotel. Not a good breakfast. By 9 am, some foods were not there!!
This is likely one of the lowest quality hotel experiences that I have had. It is my sense that it was a decent hotel long ago, but long ago. It appears that they might be just running out the clock without reinvesting, until it closes. Peeling wall paper, missing light bulbs, no iron or ironing board in the building (except for one room on one floor), it has a feeling of a worn out, and failing institution. Very poor amenities, closed spa, closed fitness room, etc. Very disappointing, and not recommended.
For a Ramada hotel I found this below average. The rooms are nothing special, they are clean enough and they have what you require. The windows are dirty, you can't get a good view. I think this hotel needs a refurbishment. Parking is difficult as there are few spaces, it gets busy. Restuarant is not for the international traveller, most choice, obviously Korean. Breakfast was average, catering for South Korea people rather than European Fried egg was the choice. For a good chef even an omelette would make a difference. They have a Nescafe bar where you can get a decent coffee although the staff were less than pleasant at times. There are plenty bars and restaurants in the locality but again struggled with language issues. I appreciate this is my issue. The Korean people are very nice and respectful and this is what I like about South Korea. The reception staff were pleasant and English speaking and fixed out my transfer to the airport ( very busy airport). My honest opinion the rooms need refurbished, you need to make your international guests feel important, not special, just important. If I have a choice in the future would try somewhere else. Honest review.
One of the nice hotels around the area. Rooms are clean, good breakfast and gym is excellent. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping but a bit far from the subway stations. All in all, a good business hotel.
When we arrived at the hotel, the only Restaurant open in the hotels premises was not very nice and food was at a low standard. When we arrived at the room, we were shocked at the state of it. The walls were moldy, the bathroom was filthy and old and the flooring was cracked. Slept without a sheet as it had stains on it and the room smelt of mildew. At breakfast the next morning I went to get a cup of water when I saw the water dispenser. It was black unbelievably filthy. I didn't even want to go near it. All in all it was a bad stay at the Ramada Songdo and was nothing like other Ramada I have stayed at in the World.
We stayed for 1 night on the third floor. Our room was very run down. Our beds were not comfortable. The wall paint was stripping. We could either watch TV or charge the cell phone but not both at the same time. Staffs were nice and friendly and they all spoke English.
Granted, the room and bed are clean with plenty of hot water, but the one of the reasons I chose this hotel is that they were supposed to provide a free shuttle to and from the airport. It turned out they only provide the shuffle at certain times on certain days of the week. For example, on Mondays the shuttle leaves at 6, 10 and on Tuesdays it leaves at 8, 10 from the hotel back to the airport or something like that. But when I called them in advance, they had told me that as long as you tell them when you want to be taken back to the hotel at check-in, you will be taken back to the airport. Well, that was not the case! When I raised an issue at the information desk, a male receptionist told me to check out something while a female receptionist told me that yes it's true that we provide a free shuttle if you booked through booking.com, expedia and two other services, the hotel did provide the free shuttle, but only at certain times. Deceiving information and not accurate!!! And even though I wasn't happy, I said thank you before going up to my room, the receptionists said nothing back to me!!! The staff are not very friendly. I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you want a free shuttle!!!!!
