Fantastic place to stay that is close to the airport. Excellent food options, stellar service, and very big rooms. I'd absolutely stay again, but next time more than one night.
Check in was the worst I’ve seen in a long time. For a hotel of this caliber, quite terrible. Refused to let me check in a little early. Late check out is 1:00. For one more hour they wanted to charge me $180...for one hour. Grand Hyatt never charged me for a late check out. I will never stay at this hotel again.
