It's just so convenient that the hotel is inside the security check line for connecting passengers to save trouble of going through security and immigration check twice.
It was a very good way to break up my really long trip.

Love this hotel option inside the airport terminal for a long layover. Just to not have to wear a mask for 13 hours is worth the room rate, but to also have a hot shower and clean bed, TV and lots of food options just outside the lobby...well, that made a long trip more pleasant.
The Transit Hotel really exceeded my expectations. I was so pleased to be able to shower and relax in the middle of a long journey. I look forward to staying here on my next long stopover in Incheon Airport.
Very convenient for long layover passengers and those that do not have time to leave the airport. The hotel provides the basic for just an overnight stay. The room rate is however in my personal opinion a bid too high when compare to the hotels in the neighborhood.
Great location in the terminal. I had a three minute walk to my gate after a good night’s sleep.
Every helpful staff. They communicated well with the airline staff to get my elderly parents a wheelchair. Will use again.

I had a 24 hour layover with a 3 year old so this hotel was an amazing idea. We had a shower, slept and had lots of rest. It's conveniently located to kids zone and Matina lounge where you can have a buffet breakfast or dinner for $39
Expensive day room far from our gate. Does not come with a bottle of water or even a cup to drink from the restroom sink. I checked the "yes" bubble on "Would you recommend this hotel to a friend?" only because there was no choice for neutral, just as there is no other choice for a day room at Incheon Airport. YES it does beat sitting at the gate for 11 hours without a shower.
I was very happy when I found out about transit hotel. Layover of 24 hours with a 2,5 year old scared me. But thanks to the hotel, we were able to rest and take a shower.
Being inside the airport gives a unique experience of unlimited buffet food 24hrs as well as sight seeing different parts of the Incheon with performances and music bands.
We stayed at the Incheon Transit Hotel during our layover in Seoul. Having a hotel in the international part of the terminal is a great idea. You don't have to go thru immigrations or customs. You just follow the signs for "transit" until you pass thru security (most international airports recheck transit passengers) and proceed to the hotel on the 4th floor, which for us was accessed near gate 11. The room is small but they do have dual voltage for your chargers, It is basically a place to relax for your layover. They do charge by the hour during they day or min of 12 hours overnight. You can stay more hours for a fee. Incheon has a nice transit lounge also and they do offer short trips to Seoul if you want to kill some time.
Unfortunately my airline didn't have check-in available for me to pass the immigration, which meant I couldn't get into the hotel. With such exceptional situation - the Hotel refused to do anything, not even credit for future stay. But worst of all is how they handled it when i called - the staff didn't really try to understand the situation and simply pointed that I should call my booking - orbitz. (Orbitz customer service over the phone is one of the worst - repeating same stuff over and over and not much help it turns out later). She seem to not really care and it was expressed in her tone and attitude.
