Check out was very helpful. The room was very functional to get me to the airport. But the check-in process required me to share personal information or else I might not receive needed services - very annoying when I’m the one paying good money to stay there rather than the hotel paying for personal information that I really did not want to allow access.

Pleasant Stay

One night stay from our arrival at Inchon airport : Friendly customer service, clean facility, rooms are clean and spacious, onsite bar, convenience store and restaurant- only downside was the room was warm and the temperature would not adjust cooler. Luckily, front desk offered a fan to deliver to our room and it made our evening pleasant and comfortable. Very little toiletries, however full size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and hand soap provided.

Nice newer hotel, English spoken well, quick 5 minute shuttle at varying times, but so close to one of the runways that throughout the night you hear planes taking off, loudly. Nice view of T2 and planes taking off. Beds are very comfortable.

Everything you need for an Overnight Layover

A nice airport hotel with everything you need for a stopover. Nice comfortable beds and a little shop. It’s f course there’s only one restaurant and it was pricey for an International buffet but there was quite a bit of choice on the buffet so if you’re not a picky eater like me, you could probably get your money’s worth. If not, there are shuttle buses to both terminals of the airport where other dining options are available.
