This spectacular villa is located in a rural area on the outskirts of Inca. The house, recently built, is very spacious and is fully equipped. It has a spectacular pool, garden, and several terrace areas perfectly furnished so you can enjoy the outdoors and the magnificent weather that the island offers or you can simply relax watching the sunset having a glass of wine.



The closest city is Inca, a town in the center of Mallorca where you will find countless services, supermarkets and restaurants where you can taste typical Mallorcan cuisine, international dishes or avant-garde cuisine. It is also interesting to consult the offer of activities to enjoy as a family. It is worth visiting the weekly market every Thursday, where you will find fresh fruit and vegetables or products and handcrafted products. On the other hand, it is less than half an hour by car from the bay of Alcúdia and its spectacular sandy beach, from Palma, the capital of the island, or from the routes that make up the Serra de Tramuntana, a world heritage site.
