This majestic country house, with private pool, is situated in Inca and can accommodate 5 guests.
The exteriors of this country house are astonishing. In addition to a majestic construction, the true wonder is the private salt pool, 7 x 3 m and 1 to 1.7 m depth, where to cool off after sunbathing. Then, the terrace invites you to make delicious barbecues and spend the afternoon chatting and admiring the views.

The house is distributed into two floors. From the terrace, you access to a beautiful glazed living-dining room, perfect to admire also here the amazing views while eating or relaxing. Immediately after, you gain access to the traditional style kitchen, equipped with gas hob, open to the living room where you can watch satellite TV or listen to music. This stay also has air conditioning and chimney. The laundry provides you with washing machine, iron and ironing board. There is a bathtub bathroom on this floor and another one with shower on the upper floor, where, as well as this bath, there are three bedrooms featured with wardrobe. Two of them has double bed, the third only a single bed. One of the two double bed dormitories also boasts air conditioning. There are 11 radiators in the house, apart from two cots and two high chairs at your disposal. The accommodation works with solar energy.

The villa is located at 4.5 km from Inca, a small city offering everything necessary as, for example, bars, restaurants, shops of all sorts, etc. Every Thursday in the morning there takes place its traditional street market. As being very centric in the island, you have easy and rapid access to any direction. The closest beach, Puerto de Alcúdia, is 21.7 km or about 25 - 30 minutes driving.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
