Villa Can Mateu is located 2 kms from Inca and 2 km from Binissalem. This spacious house has more than 400 m2 divided into 2 floors. The house has been carefully furnished. Around 2000 mts of garden is the key piece of this property, where there is a large 14x7 mts swimming pool, fruit trees, olive trees, palm trees... The house has a barbecue to enjoy meals with family and friends. Also a ping pong table to play with children.

The ground floor has a living room, with its panoramic television where you can enjoy movies with family. We also have a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. A double bedroom with its en-suite bathroom. You also have a toilet. On the upper floor there are three double bedrooms with their en-suite bathrooms. All bedrooms have air conditioning, also with heat pump. A large balcony where you can observe the pool and garden and in the background spectacular views towards the mountains of Mallorca.

5 minutes by car you can do all your shopping in any supermarket, you can go to restaurants in the nearest towns and in 20 minutes you can go to some beaches in the north of the island such as Alcudia Beach, Muro Beach...

The location of this property is perfect to go around the entire island in just a few minutes. It is the perfect house for your holidays.

Diese großzügige und toll eingerichtete Villa in zentraler Insellage bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten, die einen Urlaub zu einer echten Erholung machen. Durch die Lage etwas außerhalb der nächsten Ortschaft ist Ruhe garantiert, wobei die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unter 10 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar sind. Der neben der Villa gelegene Verkehrsübungsplatz ist gelegentlich zu hören, durch das große Grundstück jedoch nicht in unmittelbarer Sichtweite und eher als leises Hintergrundgeräusch wahrnehmbar. Außerdem lässt der atemberaubende Blick auf die in der Ferne gelegenen Berge ohnehin alles nebensächlich erscheinen. Jedes Schlafzimmer bietet mit eigener Klimaanlage sowie Bad en Suite Wohlfühl-Komfort und ausreichend Privatsphäre. Die traumhafte Terrasse lädt zu lauschigen Grillabenden ein und der gepflegte Pool sorgt an heißen Tagen für die nötige Abkühlung. Mit etwas Glück trifft man beim Sonnen im Garten auf die ansässige Schildkrötenfamilie. Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt mehr als zufrieden und würden die Villa uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Wir wären zu gern dort geblieben.

Das Haus ist sicherlich nicht das Neuste und hier und da schon in Jahre gekommen , aber für uns 8 Leute war es absolut ausreichend. Alles im Haus hat funktioniert und es ist mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit dort. Der Eigentümer kam regelmäßig und hat nachdem Rechten geschaut. Er und seine Frau sind einfach Zucker. Sie haben uns bei der Ankunft mit Getränken begrüßt und am Abreisemorgen hat er uns mit mallorquinischem Gebäck überrascht. Die zentrale Lage des Hauses ist perfekt. Man braucht egal ein welche Himmelsrichtung man etwas unternehmen will nicht länger als 35 Minuten mit dem Auto. Für uns war es ein rundum schöner Urlaub.
