Welcome to this country house with private pool in Inca, in the center of Mallorca and with capacity for 6 guests.
The large porch offers the perfect setting for a family barbecue sharing relaxing conversations. During the summer, the private chlorine pool of 10m x 4m with a depth of 0.5m to 1.8m is the preferred place of our guests. Four sun loungers are available for sun lovers and thanks to the outdoor shower you can refresh quickly. The large garden with lemon and orange trees offers plenty of space for a picnic with children. The old closed waer well, nowadays only decorative, recalls the past of this farm. The plot is fenced and there are no direct neighbors.

The interior of the house is decorated in a rustic style. In the living room, equipped with air conditioning and wooden stove, you can watch a movie on the satellite TV or read a book while there is a warm fire in the wood-fired oven. If you like to cook, you will find everything you need in the kitchen, including a gas stove, utensils and a dishwasher for your comfort. The washing machine, iron and ironing board are in the bathroom with bathtub and bidet. You can rest in three bedrooms, two of them with double bed and A/C and the other one with two single beds, fan and radiator. One has a direct access to the terrace, but does not offer wardrobe. The other two do have closet. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. A cot and a high chair are available on request.

The city of Inca offers many services, supermarkets, shops and a nice old town with the church. We recommend you try our Mallorcan cuisine that warms your stomach and heart and this experience you can enjoy in one of the cellers, the typical restaurants of the island. Thursdays is market day in Inca and you can buy fresh vegetables and fruit from local farmers, clothing, crafts and souvenirs. About half an hour by car you will reach the north coast and fine sandy beaches, including Can Picafort, Playa de Muro and Puerto de Alcúdia. Also the old towns of Alcúdia and Pollença are recommended.

A change of towels and sheets during the stay is included.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season .The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay.
