New villa (2021) with a beautiful fenced outdoor area and child-friendly pool. Excellent for families with pets. The property (approx. 2200 sqm) is completely enclosed, fenced, and has two large lawns that invite you to play and relax. The necessary sun loungers with cushions are available. The nearest beach is about 10 minutes away. Each adult bedroom has its own bathroom/WC and TV, the children's room uses the largest bathroom with bathtub and shower. In the living area, there is another large TV. Each room is equipped with RJ48 connection for the Internet, and free Wi-Fi is active in the entire living area and outdoor area. All rooms can be heated or cooled individually to generate a pleasant ambient temperature for the guest.
From the terrace you have a beautiful view of the old town of Porto Maurizio and the sea. Along the coastal line, parallel to the Via Aurelia, a well-developed cycle path invites you to excursions to San Remo or Diano Marina. The terrain around Imperia is also ideal for mountain bikers. The marinas Imperia Maurizio, San Lorenzo and Marina dei Aregai, all located within a 30-minute drive, invite you to enjoy water sports: Sailing, motorboating, diving and much more.
Golf courses are also nearby: 13 km away is a 9-hole course with challenging terrain (Castellaro Golf Club). 18 km away is an 18-hole course with a beautiful natural backdrop (Golf Club Garlenda). 22 km away there is a historic 18-hole course overlooking the sea (Circolo Golf degli Ulivi Sanremo).
