The house is part of the exclusive district of Imperia a few minutes from the center of Porto Maurizio and its beaches. It is a villa divided on two floors with an apartment on each floor. Each accommodation has its own private outdoor area for exclusive use but is inside a large park where there are other houses and a tennis court that can also be booked. The parking space is inside the garden area which also includes a barbecue area and an outdoor shower.
The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. The bathroom offers hair dryers and bidets. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.
