It can accommodate up to 6 guests: one bedroom with double bed, one bedroom with bunk bed, plus a double sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and kettle.
The residence offers well-kept outdoor areas, a children’s playground and a shared barbecue area: a plus for those who want to enjoy relaxed moments also after the beach. Guests have access to private parking, shared pool, shared laundry room with Washing machine and tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. Pets are not allowed.
We are in Imperia, in a quiet position, approx. 4 km from the Borgo del Parasio and the centre, and not far from the long sandy beaches, ideal for families.

Schöne Wohnung in noch schönerer Gegend

Wir haben die Wohnung und das Anwesen in Top Zustand angetroffen. Einziger Punkt den man etwas überdenken sollte wäre die Öffnungszeit vom Pool. 18:00 Uhr ist etwas früh. Hier zwei Stunden mehr wäre von Vorteil.

La résidence, l'appartement et la piscine sont top! Tout est récent et d'excellente composition. Nous avons apprécié le séjour très confortable et le petit jardin privé devant notre appartement. Un petit problème en lien avec la place de parc a été vite réglé par la responsable de l'agence qui est très réactive et disponible par téléphone. Les horaires de la piscine pourraient être rallongés le soir (fermeture à 18h....quand il fait chaud ce serait bien jusqu'à19h30). L'appartement est situé en dehors de la ville d'Impéria. Il faut prendre la voiture pour se rendre à la plage.
