It is a very basic room. Small, clean, and no amenities but a bed and a shelf for a desk. I tiny bar of soap and a thimble of shampoo is all you get.

Já fomos em outro momento nesse hotel e foi muito bom. Nessa viagem achamos que o quarto está com pouca manutenção. O frigobar estava so gelo. Meu esposo fez a retirada para podermos usar. O banheiro com cabelo na área de banho, como se nao tivesse sido limpo de um hóspede para outro. O café da manhã bem simples com poucas opções. Mas para passar uma noite atendeu nossa necessidade. Tem garagem e manobrista, o que é legal. E os atendentes são ótimos. Mas os quartos precisam retomar a qualidade.

Chegaram e entregaram as chaves de um quarto todo revirado e sem limpeza, provavelmente entregaram as chaves erradas. Depois tivemos que descer e pegar outras chaves, de um quarto que nem coberta tinha. Nao tinha contato com a recepção e tudo tinha que descer pra falar

Decepcionante

Um estadia decepcionante. Ao se escolher um hotel da bandeira Ibis, espera-se uma hospedagem sem luxos, mas tb sem erros, mas n foi o que encontramos. Nosso voo chegou de madrugada e o check in não foi mto simpático. Deixamos rapidamente as malas no quarto e saimos para comer. Na volta, qnd fomos tomar banho, encontramos o boxe sujo, com sabão no chão, e um sabonete NOJENTO cheio de pelos. A água não esquentava, o ar-condicionado não esfriava bem, as toalhas tinham manchas, o colchão e os travesseiros finíssimos... um show de horrores. Falei na recepcção sobre o sabonete, mostrei foto... e não recebemos nem um pedido de desculpas. Os únicos pontos positivos: o hotel é bem localizado, o lobby é ok, a café da manhã é ok.
