Beautiful holiday home with Private Pool and Garden in Imotski, near Makarska
Five bedroom villa, with an outdoor private pool, a garden and a garage. The property is located near the center of town Imotski, only few minutes by car from Red and Blue Lake, and 25-30 by car from beautiful beaches of Makarska Riviera.
In the Villa there are five bedrooms, two fully equipped kitchens, two dinning areas, two living rooms, three bathrooms with showers and one bathtub, one toilet and small storage for food.
Villa has six balcony terraces, where You are allowed to smoke and enjoy pool and/or mountain view. There are also two outdoor terraces overlooking the pool and/or garden where you can relax.
There is a great barbecue in the garden, ideal for enjoying wonderful Croatian food with Your family and friends.
Neighbourhood is quiet and close to the center of town Imotski (1 km). Villa is nearby of many shops - groceries, clothes and similar (1-2 km), also restaurants - Venezia, Zdilar, Euphoria (3-5 km) and cafes (1-3 km). It is possible to be on the beach in a short time (about 30 minutes), or to visit many landmarks of Imotski in few minutes, such as Red and Blue Lake, Green Lake, Galipovac Lake, Topana Fortress... Also, You can be by car in the Nature Park and Mount Biokovo for around 1 hour and 30 minutes, which is great opportunity to meet their flora and fauna or to visit newly opened Skywalk Biokovo.
Public transport is not available in Imotski, but Villa is nearby the center of the town, so You can go come to the center and to the Blue/Red lake on foot, or by car.
Car rental is available in Imotski. We offer You free parking outside the house, in opened garage with three parking spots. Other parking spots are also free, but not in opened garage, than next to it.
In Imotski town, You will see marked parking spots so You can park there. Price is 5 kunas (0.70 €)/hour.
Wearing masks in obligatory only in shops, pharmacies, on doctors appointments. In caffes and restaurants you don't need to wear masks, it's obligated only for workers.

Perfect house and a very nice pool
The house was very clean and the pool was a dream after a long trip. The pictures of the house didn't lie. When we arrived the owner was waiting for us and show us the house. The owner was a very lovely woman. I hope my friends and I visit the place sometime again.
