Brand new, gorgeously decorated 2/3 bedroom house with private pool/hot tub and outdoor kitchen. Located in the gated golf community of The National at Ave Maria. This house is 5 minutes from the quaint town center of Ave Maria, FL. There you will find nice local dining options, a Publix grocery store and the iconic Catholic Church in the center of town. Pickle ball and tennis courts currently available. Golf membership available at the championship caliber golf course The National (this is an additional fee). Golf cart is provided with the unit and is perfect for rides through the golf cart friendly community.

The perfect stay.

Sunny and warm! House, pool, and hot tub were enjoyed by everyone. We ate dinner every night outside under the covered lanai. Property owner, Jerry, was very responsive to our needs and questions. Bill and Jackie
