Die ruhige Terrasse mit Blick in die Berge lädt zum verweilen ein! :) Wohnung super sauber. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und man hat sich direkt wohl gefühlt. Einfach ein super Ambiente.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön und ansprechend eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung, insbesondere der Küche, ist ausgeprochen gut. Es fehlte an nichts. Einzigartig ist die große überdachte Terrasse mit Blick auf die Berge. Die Familie Lingemann sind sehr angenehme und freundliche Gastgeber. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We love it! There is nothing what can be say against and we plan to return and return... It was our second stay in this cozy place. We do recomend. Rain or sun on lovely terace is fun. I like silence during night where just river under land burble. You can blind inside so kid was sleep long.When is cold you can warm up in sauna and cook something tasty. We always appreciate warm attitude of owners.

Allgäu im JUNI 2023

Der Aufenthalt bei schönem und (manchmal sehr) heißen Sommerwetter war sehr angenehm. Radtouren (E-bikes) an der Iller entlang in beiden Richtungen sind toll, mit verschiedenen Bademöglichkeiten (z.B. im Sonthofener See). Ansonsten Wanderungen ohne Ende mit Schluchten ("Tobeln"), Wasserfällen, Seilbahnfahrten von Immenstadt hoch auf den "Mittag" oder von Nesselwang auf die "Alpspitze", von dort zu Fuß wieder runter. Gutes Allgäuer Bier und reichliche Verpflegung sind garantiert.

Geschmackvolle Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, auch zu dritt ist es angenehm in der Wohnung. Die Lage ist nahe zum Zentrum, der Alpsee ist mit ca 3 km Entfernung zu Fuß oder Rad gut erreichbar. Nette, angenehme Betreuung während unseres Aufenthalts.

Schöne Wohnung in guter Lage

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Souterrain mit schönen Ausblick. In wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuß oder auch mit dem Fahrrad in der Innenstadt, wo es eine angenehme Auswahl an Restaurants und Cafés gibt. Zudem liegt Immenstadt zentral im Allgäu. Ausflüge ins Kleinwalsertal oder auch Richtung Füssen oder zum Bodensee sind sehr entspannt zu machen. Die Vermieterin der Wohnung ist jederzeit sehr freundlich und aufmerksam gewesen, das war wirklich perfekt. Die Kommunikation über die Plattform von Fewo-direkt fanden wir umständlich, außerdem empfanden wir die Werbung von fewo-direkt als aufdringlich. Das sind wir von anderen Vermittlungsagenturen deutlich besser gewohnt.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit gutem Ausblick

Wir haben zwei schöne Wochen hier verbracht. Die Ferienwohnung ist am Hang gelegen, dafür kann man jedoch von der Terrasse direkt auf die Berge schauen. Ein paar Stufen muss man aber schon hoch/runter. Die Vermieter haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen und auch im Verlauf der zwei Wochen immer angenehm. Da findet man auch morgens mal einen Kuchen auf der Terrasse vor :) Die Einrichtung ist recht hochwertig (keine Billig-Geräte o.ä.), die Küche ist jedoch eher für Kleinigkeiten geeignet, für größere Kochaktivitäten nur eingeschränkt nutzbar, da bspw der Backofen nur mäßig gut heizt und zudem auch keine Spülmaschine vorhanden ist. Das Bett war ebenfalls ausreichend groß, wir hatten aber beide starke Probleme mit dem Schlafen darauf. Rückenschmerzen jede Nacht - mag natürlich auch an uns selbst liegen, vielleicht passt es bei anderen besser. Durchaus störend war die Warmwasser-Verfügbarkeit, hier stand man schnell unter kaltem Wasser, vermutlich wird der Boiler für das ganze Haus genutzt und man hat Glück oder Pech. Sauna-Benutzung ist natürlich spitze, direkt in der Wohnung. Letztendlich haben wir trotz der paar Kritikpunkte, die auch als Anregung gedacht sind, eine schöne Zeit verbracht. Auf der Terrasse kann man geschützt speisen oder gemütlich ein Buch lesen. In der Abendzeit wird es irgendwann mit den Insekten problematisch, vielleicht wäre hier ein Insektenschutz möglich - nur als Idee. Als Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen auf jeden Fall ideal und ruhig gelegen, mit den behobenen Punkten sicherlich ein absoluter Traum :)

Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für das Allgäu

Wir haben uns extrem wohl gefühlt und mit der Wohnung hatten wir einen tollen Ausgangspunkt für unsere Aktivitäten im Allgäu… Frühstück bei bestem Ausblick auf der Terrasse und Sauna zum Aufwärmen und Entspannen nach den langen Tagen in der Natur. Ein Traum, hoffentlich bald wieder :)

Eine Traumwohnung zum Wohlfühlen

Wir waren von der Wohnung von Anfang an begeistert; der Eindruck vor Ort ist noch schöner, als es die Fotos vermitteln. Alles an der Wohnung lädt zum Entspannen ein, die Sauna war toll und die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir wurden von der Gastgeberin sehr nett empfangen und sogar mit einem Geburtstagskuchen überrascht! Wohler kann man sich in einer Ferienwohnung nicht fühlen.

Schöne Souterrainwohnung
