In our small detached roof-only house you live in the Immenstaad vacation park, with a view of Lake Constance and the mountains and a short distance from the lake. You live on two levels with your own garden and terrace. There are numerous playgrounds, a chess field, boules court, table tennis, climbing wall, bicycle rental, bakery, grocery store and restaurants in the park and nearby. You can reach the town center in just a few minutes on foot, by bike or by car. You can also use the free local bus service. The bus stop is right next to the vacation park.



The Aquastaad, a beach and indoor pool with a 25m indoor pool and separate indoor area for toddlers, steam bath and a versatile outdoor activity area (no algae in the water), is located in the village. With a long natural beach and a large stock of trees, the outdoor area also offers quiet places to relax. If you want to explore Lake Constance on your own, you can do so on a canoe, kayak or water bike tour or glide gently over the water on a SUP. For more speed, take a trip on a motorboat. The boat moorings in Immenstaad can be booked for a maximum period of two weeks at a time and are available to guests who have accommodation in Immenstaad for their stay. With the Lädine, a replica of a medieval cargo sailing boat, you can sail across the lake as our ancestors did. Majestic and original - a trip on the Lädine is a sailing experience of a special kind.
