We liked the proximity to the beach. We did not like that we had to pay extra if we wanted breakfast, to have the room cleaned, to have the bedding changed or to have the towels changed.

The weather wasn't great and the hotel doesn't have a communal leisure area so all you have is your bedroom which gets pretty boring after 3 days of rain... The parking space is a bit far to the rooms and the walkway is completely pitch black. It was a nightmare to get to the car and back to the room every evening. Muddy feet, I kicked a rock on one night and hurt my toe as I couldn't see a thing (so much iPhone torch can do), etc. Plus no one offered to help with the luggage. You can't roll any luggage as the walkway is all up and down and grass, so you have to carry everything yourself. They were also setting up the hotel for NYE party everyday from 8am till sundown. No one bothered to let us know or even apologised for the inconvenience. It was literally a building site outside our room. The location is incredible, but if the weather is not good, this is a terrible place to stay. The room is an igloo shape and has glass doors all around. So you either completely exposed to everything and everyone or in complete darkness as you will have to close the shutters. If the weather is good, an average place to stay. if the weather is bad, you are screwed. and definitely avoid mid-December till NYE as you will have no peace. Staff is friendly (ish). Some of them super nice (like Miguel at Bfast) and others are just bored to be there and have no idea what hotel service means... Ah! and they forgot to clean our room... so had to call reception at 3pm to remind them!

Somos habituados a frequentar hotéis pousadas no Rosa. Foi a nossa primeira vez nesse local. A recepção e todo atendimento feito pelos funcionários foi ótimo. Logo ao chegar apesar de cobrarem R$50 por pet fui informada q não poderia tomar o delicioso café da manhã com os meus, pois o horário das 8:30 era reservado aos cachorros dos proprietários. Um deles enorme e não castrado o q me deixou insegura em relação ao meu chihuahua. O local recebe animais de estimação, mas não é Pet Friendly. Na cabana não tinha cálices ou saca rolhas tendo que solicitar a recepção. A cama é confortável,os lençóis e toalhas são bons assim como a tv. Toda a área possui um lindo jardim gramado com árvores frutíferas. Só q é impossível caminhar descalço devido a toda área estar tomada de rosetas. Nem os cachorros conseguiam caminhar. Não tem piscina, mas as jacuzzis quebram o galho quentinhas e com uma maravilhosa vista do mar. Espreguiçadeiras no entorno feitas de madeira e não tinham colchonete. Se é por não estar na temporada de praia esses descuidos com os hospedes deveriam ser acompanhados de um aviso da situação.Assim o hóspede faria a reserva com opção de aceitar ou não.O ponto alto é estar a beira mar com acesso fácil e o atendimento atencioso e gentil dos funcionários.

Já havíamos nos hospedado outras vezes, achei que eles estão melhorando a infraestrutura e renovando o que está antigo, como o salão do café da manhã que está mais bonito. O café da manhã é bom, mas nada de excepcional. Cabana 11 que ficamos é mais nova, banheiro com chuveiro bem quente e bom. Cozinha conta com fogão e alguns utensílios. Tem Uma tv na sala com claro tv. Minha única ressalva foi a última noite que ventou muito e parecia que estavam arrastando móveis no telhado. Um barulho muito chato que não deixou minha bebê de 6 meses dormir muito menos nós. Deveriam dar mais atenção a esses pequenos detalhes como a poda da árvore do lado da cabana que está batendo no telhado e gerando esse transtorno. Comentei sobre o ocorrido na recepção, a moça ficou de passar para o setor da manutenção. Espero que ninguém mais passe por isso, estamos voltando pra casa - uma viagem de 5 horas - acabados por não termos dormido bem a noite, sendo que a viagem era pra descansar. Mas enfim, no geral, recomendaria a pousada para amigos. E acho que voltaria também.

Final de semana no Rosa.

A pousada é linda e de frente para o mar, a cabana que ficamos era confortável, limpa e com chuveiros duplos. O café da manhã era muito bom com opções de lanches quentes que eram feitos na hora. O lugar é muito lindo e o atendimento é maravilhoso.
