Ideally located this ground floor unit has the best of everything on your doorstep. Cross the road to enjoy a swim in the bay or a drink at Sedgers Reef Hotel. A short walk will have you enjoying fresh seafood at the Fisherman’s Co-Op, Moriarty’s Beach or the renowned Iluka Rainforest Walk. The main street with local shops and eateries is an easy walk away. The boardwalk passes your front door and is perfect for your morning walks before enjoying a coffee in your private courtyard. This compact one-bedroom unit is tastefully decorated with a chic coastal theme, is air-conditioned and includes Wi-Fi. The unit features one bedroom with a double bed (linen provided), a shower and toilet, a combined lounge/dining room, a fully equipped kitchenette and a private courtyard complete with BBQ. We are pet friendly. Should you need anything to make your stay more comfortable, our contact details are listed in your information folder which we have provided for you in your unit.

From booking online to checking out the whole experience was faultless. I felt very welcomed to the unit, lots of lovely little touches that made my mini holiday feel unique. Unit was clean, tidy and stocked with essentials. Off street parking in front of unit. Great location. Highly recommend.

The property was very welcoming to my dog and the courtyard a perfect place for her to sit in the sun after her swims. The location is perfect for what I wanted with an easy walk 1k to the dog beach or down to the main shops. There are food options directly across the road and fresh fish and chips from the trawlers a 5 min walk away.
