I like the ambiance of the room as it brings a warm and cozy feeling. Cleanliness is a thumbs up. All the staffs are kind and very accommodating. The food in The Promenade is superb! There's a lot of choices in the buffet and the taste is unforgettable. Cant wait to be back!

Stayed here with my hubby. The place is very accessible. Buffet is the best! And the staff? WOOOOW! They're so great! Very accommodating and friendly! Best hotel in Iloilo. Will surely be back! Nice job Days Hotel. Keep it up!

Got my room as perk from Wyndham Rewards for staying at Wyndham Hotel Calgary in 2016. The location is very ideal since it is located inside a mall. No problem for your hunger, there are a lots of food outlet in the ground level and mall surroundings. I love the room, carpeted and it's properly maintained. The buffet breakfast is really good with Old and New Iloilo Provincial Capitol at background. And the staffs are really accomodating and friendly. It was indeed a nice experience staying at hotel with a Wyndham Standard :)

I'd give this buffet 3.5 stars but there's no provision for this (hint, hint)... The rooms in this hotel are likely standard 4 star quality, but as Trip Advisor doesn't separate this large restaurant from the hotel, I will proceed anyway. The buffet. This time on my second visit, I had a large selection of Chinese filipino-styled items that reflect the Chinese lunar holiday. The food. Soup. Shark's fin with very good taste and texture. Salad. Choice of 4 different types of lettuce and a number of vegetable slivers to go with a very standard olive oil and balsamic vinegar dressing. Main dishes. Lemon-colored battered fish fillet, Hoisin chicken, Pad Thai noodles, plain rice as well as mixed vegetable fried rice, fatty pork belly pieces. For weight and cholestoral watchers, beware any breaded or battered meat or vegetable in asia and especially in filipino chinese restaurants, as the fish, chicken or other meat items may be lean or even missing, as was the case here with the fish. The bonus. Flavourless fatty roasted pork belly that has no flavour but otherwise was tender. Not sure how it is that asians in general like this stuff, but come on, how about sinking some garlic pieces, herbs and spices deep into the core of the meat to endow it with some flavour? Not to be had. Odd that so many people like this boring fare and even tout it as something special. Drinks. Iced tea and a powdered lemon drink. I steer clear because the flavour is often off, and the amount of sugar usually used is not going to agree with blood sugar levels. Desserts. Why is it that the fresh fruit - water and honey melon and sliced papaya - tasted best? The 5 little pudding offerings look lovely but they tended to be dried out and just not that flavourful. And I stayed away from the iced halo-halo that is viewed as a delicacy by the locals. Service. Two people - the lead server and a little OJT trainee - attended to my requests with aplomb. But the others often stood around the door somewhat loudly chatting and laughing while waiting for more guests to arrive. Seems that management could make them more useful in attending to guests already seated and eating: anticipating the needs of dining patrons seems much more important to their return than having to make every move myself. Not a great buffet by any means, but outside of the high-end hotels of most large developed world cities, and of Makati and Ortiga Centre in Manila, this one is quite good. Too bad one has to lower one's standards somewhat to give a favourable review of any similar filipino/chinese restaurant and hotel.

Booked their dinagyang package so we can be close to all the vibes of the festivities and not worry too much about road closures and traffic. When it comes to location, this hotel is hard to beat. I recommend the family room for bigger groups or big families. Lots of space, four beds (2 single, one double and one king sized bed in a semi separate area), with dining, living and kitchen area and the package already included breakfast for four. Really good deal! Promenade still serves really good breakfast and themed lunch buffet. Security and bell service are really attentive and eager to help. Front desk staff needs some improvement especially when handling check out procedures and being familiar with the hotel’s services and amenities. Except for one really efficient front desk person who handled our check out from the family room and transfer to another room. I should have gotten her name because she really stood out from the other staff (she wore braces). We transferred to a deluxe room on our fourth night as the family room was no longer available. I noticed that rain shower head looks really old and in need of repair. Otherwise, we had a great stay. Still one of the best in the city despite the minor misses.

I stayed here together with my fiance and we absolutely loved it! The room is very spacious as well as the bed. The toiletries in the room were complete and they give out free newspaper daily. They had a buffet for breakfast and my, the food was absolutely delicious not only that, there are a lot of choices to choose from. I especially love their mouth watering bacon. What I don’t like about this hotel however is that their parking area is at the back of the mall and we have to haul our luggages 2 floors up and pass through the mall as well as its crowded parking area. But nonetheless, we really had a great time staying here.

This is the selling proposition of the hotel. The rooms are on the 5th floor of a mall near the provincial capitol of Iloilo in downtown Iloilo City. In terms of convenience, the hotel has it. The superior room that I was booked in had the amenities that you can expect given the hotel's class such as WiFi and cable TV. The catered food did not impress but it was the organizer's choice. The hotel staff was courteous, always ready with a warm smile.

It was a great experience indeed.. Nice location.. very accessible. the staffs are very accomodating and friendly. The room is so good and comfortable. You have complete amenities which is so amazing.👍 congrats.. job well done..

Room was very clean. The service was efficient. All the staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was great. Its in the 4th floor of a mall and there is a supermarket located on the ground floor. Gym came free with the room I got. Everything you need in one place.

Restaurant staff are adequate. Front desk and room service is very lacking. We asked for toiletries at 5pm. 11pm and it still has not arrived. We followed up and then were told that there would be extra charges for requesting for toiletries. This is a 3 star hotel mind you. There was also a baby cockroach in the curtains.
