Ein vernachlässigtes Kleinod

Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war unkompliziert und gut. Das Haus ist wunderbar am Waldrand gelegen und man kann direkt von dort schöne Wanderungen unternehmen. Auch hat es einen schönen naturnahen abgeschlossen Garten. Es bietet viel Platz, ist einfach ausgestattet, leider auch ziemlich lieblos und unharmonisch eingerichtet. Vieles bedürfte einer Renovierung, eine Aufräumaktion wäre auch nicht schlecht (viel Unbrauchbares lag herum, ausgetrocknete Blumenstöcke fristeten ein trauriges Dasein...), das an sich sehr schöne Haus bräuchte einfach mehr Zuwendung!! Dennoch haben wir uns wohl gefühlt!

Ich war zur BSZS für Deutsche Schäferhunde in Nürnberg und habe mich bewusst für diese Unterkunft entschieden, weil die Hunde die Ruhe fanden nach einem anstrengenden Tag und super auslauf Bedingungen hatten. Also rundum sehr gute Bedingungen.

2 erholsame Wochen in sehr ruhiger Lage

Die Lage ist wie beschrieben am Rande der kleinen Ortschaft und man hat wirklich seine Ruhe. Unsere 2 Hunde konnten sich auch im umzäunten Grundstück austoben. Ansonsten waren wir 4 Erwachsene und 1 Kind und die größe des Ferienhauses war optimal für uns. Ein paar kleine Reparaturen wie zb lose Fenstergriffe wären noch zu erledigen gewesen und an der oberen Treppe vielleicht noch 1 Treppenschutzgitter angebracht. Ansonsten haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und haben alles vorgefunden was wir brauchten.

Wer Tiere mag, wird die Unterkunft lieben. Pferde, Ziegen, Schafen und Katzen waren vorhanden und wir wurden freundlich begrüßt. Sehr geräumig im Haus. Die Feuerschale lädt ein, den Tag ausklingen zu lassen.

Viel Platz in ruhiger Umgebung

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in diesem großen Haus in ruhiger Umgebung am Waldrand. Man kann direkt vom Haus aus loswandern. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Selbst für den Hund gibt es Näpfe. Im Außenbereich gibt es eine Terrasse mit sehr gemütlichen Sofas. Im Wohnzimmer eine große Sofa-Landschaft mit Platz für alle Gäste. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig. Wenn man sonntags Brötchen möchte, muss man vorher im Internet recherchieren, welche Bäcker offen haben. Die nächstgelegenen Bäcker im Landkreis hatten geschlossen.

Einzige Enttäuschung und schade ums Geld! NIE WIEDER!

Keine Ruhe!!!!! schmutzige und gurchgelegene Bettwaren und Matratzen, ein verschmutzter " Gartenbereich" mit Misthaufen und überfülltem Mülltonnen.klapprige Fesnstergriffe usw. alles in allem sehr abgewohnt und sehr unangenehmer muffiger Geruch. Nicht 1 Nacht verbracht! Miserable Erfahrung!

Sehr schöner Objekt umgeben von Natur

Wir waren zu sechst als Familie mit Hund unterwegs. Das Haus sieht von außen sehr urig aus und wir waren überrascht wie gut es eingerichtet ist und wie großzügig die Wohnfläche innen ist. Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt. Unser Hund konnte im Garten umherstreichen, da alles eingezäunt ist. Amberg ist nur wenige Autominuten entfernt und eine sehr schöne Stadt, empfehlenswert.

sehr schöne Woche

Das Haus ist super.Viel Platz, sehr sauber. Den Garten konnnten wir leider nicht nutzen, da die Gartenmöbel sehr heruntergekommen sind und von den Katzen aus der Umgebung erobert wurden. Des weiteren lagen überall Schafködel herum. Der Grill war nicht zugebrauchen, wurde länger nicht gereinigt und der Unterstand wo Grill und Partybänke standen sieht so aus als ob er gleich zusammen bricht. Trotzdem haben wir uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten eine tolle Woche.

Idyllisch, schön, ruhig - optimal für die Familie

Wir waren 5 Personen + Hund. 3 Erwachsene und 3 Kids (4 & 6 Jahre). Der Austausch / Kommunikation mit Manuela und auch wunderbar gepasst. Das Haus ist echt schön und sehr ruhig gelegen. Optimal, um dem Großstadtstress ein paar Tage zu entfliehen.

Ein Traum

Das große Ferienhaus mit umzäunten großen Garten liegt am Ende eines kleinen Örtchen, direkt am Wald. Das Haus ist mit allem was notwendig ist ausgestattet und lässt keinen Raum zum meckern übrig. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett, insbesondere ihre Tochter Janine. Wer Ruhe und Grün mag ist dort genau richtig. Zum Bäcker fährt man zum nächsten Ort. In Amberg und Sulzbach gibt es alles weitere. Auch einen Tierarzt der am Sonntag geöffnet hat. Wir, 4 Erwachsene und 2 Kids, hatten einen wunderschöne Zeit. Wir können Haus, Leute, Umgebung, Katzen und Co :) nur sehr empfehlen. Restful, comfy home to stay in.

The house was huge- much more spacious than the photos or text suggested. So we thoroughly enjoyed relaxing, including in the large and enclosed garden. Having sheep and horses across the yard was fine; we also made friends with five cats from the farm.

Sehr gerne wieder

Wenn man Ruhe sucht, ist man hier genau richtig. Rund herum viel Wald und wenig los. Allerdings heißt das aber, dass man zum Einkaufen mit dem Auto fahren muss. Was uns jedoch nicht störte. Frau Schriml, die Hausherrin, ist überaus nett und und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist groß und sehr hübsch eingerichtet. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Auch der Garten hatte alles was man braucht. Er ist groß, es gibt mehrere Sitzmöglichkeiten und ist direkt am Stall, sodass man auch die Tiere beobachten konnte. Wir haben uns überaus wohl gefühlt und kommen auf alle Fälle wieder.

Erholung pur

Wieder einmal waren wir ein paar Tage in Illschwang ... und bestimmt nicht zum letzten Mal! Das Haus befindet sich in absolut ruhiger Lage am Dorfende. Außen rum nichts als Natur. Es ist super eingerichtet, großzügig, alles da, was man braucht. Und das Highlight - besonders für unsere 3 kleinen Hunde - ist der tolle Garten. Die Besitzerin ist rund um die Uhr für Fragen verfügbar und hat immer klasse Tipps auf Lager, egal ob es Ausflüge oder empfehlenswerte Restaurants betrifft. Vielen Dank auch an Janine, die Tochter, dass ich jederzeit zu den Pferden durfte. Wenn jemand Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit sucht, ist kann ich dieses Haus nur empfehlen.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Haben ein verlängertes Wochenende in der Unterkunft verbracht. Ein tolles Haus, Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Durch kleine nette Details haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Haus sehr ländlich gelegen mit einer schönen Terrasse, ideal für jeden der es ruhig mag. Vermieterin sehr nett. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Nur der WLAN-Empfang hat nicht geklappt ansonsten alles top.
