Spacious parking. Room large. Room clean. Staff helpful. Airconditioner in room not cold, and they promptly transferred us to a room with working ac. Not walkable

Lunch options were terrible - sotanghon soup was like water with salt and pepper (no flavor, no effort). Charging extra for XS coffee? terrible.Miscommunication with room pricing: paid extra person but no extra bed in 1st night and i was still charged for it. tv remote, internet was always NOT working! remote battery is cheap - should be ready.
BUT, bell person and guards were VERY helpful they should get a raise; thats why I have them all good tip. areas around the hotel looks like a ghetto Makati, so filthy and smelly.
