The staff was great. Hotel is in the perfect locations. There were kids Christmas activities which was amazing. The downside is the parking. Too narrow and too low in height. The car was scratched even while opening the boot which managed to hit the low roof.

Check in and out was very easy, staff and room service were helpful , Room was nice and clean, most rooms are ocean view however if you sit on the balcony you will be able to see all other rooms and vice versa so no privacy. breakfast was ok but didn’t have a wide variety and no enough seats so you had to wait for a while to be seated. Pool was clean and nice not very crowded, parking is available but for $39 a day.

I had a mixed experience during my stay at this hotel. The room had an old TV with only free-to-air channels available, and the air conditioning was quite weak, which made the room uncomfortable at times. The side view from my room was mostly blocked by a roof, so the sea view was only partially visible. I was also disappointed that the internet and parking were not free, considering the price of the stay. Additionally, there were no basic amenities such as dental kits in the bathroom. Another drawback was the noise from the pub downstairs, which made it difficult to sleep at night. The corridor carpet was also very worn and gave the hotel a dated feel. Overall, the hotel has potential, but several improvements are needed to make the stay more pleasant and comfortable.
