Staff were courteous and faculties are kept clean though a bit dated. We appreciated having beds made every day and all supplies topped up as needed. The room could use an update to smart TVs. Buffet breakfast spread was decent but the dinner a la carte menu was overpriced for the choices and portions. We were unfortunate to have a very noisy and inconsiderate neighbours so we barely slept last two nights with their yelling at each other, kids screaming and doors slamming well past 2am. The hotel security promptly addressed them after we reported the issue to the hotel reception on the second night which helped a bit. All staff were lovely and attentive.

Everything was excellent just abit disappointed with parking, parking numbers should allocate to novel customers as our car was abit high won’t fit in the parking area, it isn’t safe to park outside since we had portable refrigerators etc in the back of our Ute.

Great location… Pool needs to be heated Charged for egg omelette and coffees this should be part of our free breakfast deal as per all hotels I have stayed at before. Breakfast chief was rude not wanting to make a soft boiled egg - she was too stressed to help and dismissed us

The location and parking was fantastic however unfortunately it was missed on our booking that my 2 year old was travelling with us, I had asked for a room with a fold out bed which it had, however housekeeping hadn’t set it up and no spare sheets were in the room, by the time we got to our room at 9pm it was too late to have someone come up as my toddler was all but asleep. Air conditioning also needs attention, granted it was the middle of a heat wave however the room stayed hot and stuffy all night making sleep very difficult and uncomfortable. For the price I don’t know if the stay was worth it

Room smelt damp. When we arrived there as a large wet patch outside the bathroom. The fan in the bathroom did not seem to work. The button to flush the toilet was broken as was the light above one of the beds. Despite staff looking at the tv, we were not able to purchase any movies. Carpet in common areas needs to be dry cleaned or updated as it was quite dirty and stained. Pool is too small for such a large hotel. Pool area, north bar and reception need more staff on in busy periods to tidy or serve.
