Casa incrível!!

Ficamos na casa da Marlene durante o Carnaval de 2017. A casa é espetacular com uma vista maravilhosa!! Estávamos em 14 pessoas e todos ficamos confortavelmente acomodados. Os cômodos são bem divididos e espaçosos. A cozinha é completa e os espaços comuns são muito confortáveis. A Marlene é muito simpática e atenciosa! Ela respondeu prontamente todas as nossas dúvidas e deu dicas sobre a cidade. A comunicação com ela foi ótima! Nós contratamos os serviços da caseira (que é muito gente boa, assim como toda a família dela) para lavar a louça, banheiros e arrumar as camas durante nossa estadia e valeu muito a pena! Acordávamos com a cozinha limpinha e ela até já havia preparado café e arrumado a mesa para o café da manhã. A estadia foi ótima! Só tenho coisas boas a dizer tanto da casa quanto da Marlene e da família dela! Obrigada por tudo!!

A casa é simplesmente perfeita!!!

A casa é perfeita em tudo localização, acomodação, segurança... À vista da sacada é maravilhosa a piscina é top... Próxima a ótimas praias, restaurantes, mercados... As negociações e fechamento da casa foram super tranquilas com a Marlene, a Ciça que é a caseira super prestativa e muito atenciosa! Recomendo para quem quer passar um final de semana incrível na ilha!!!!

Ampla, muito confortável, localização previlegiada

Casa ampla, confortável e muito próxima da Vila, o que facilitou demais nossos passeios noturnos. Com duas suítes para casal e mais dois quartos com até 04 camas, ficou ótima a divisão entre 02 casais, filhos e amigos. Bate sol na piscina o tempo todo, tendo espreguiçadeiras e um ombrelone (guarda sol) sensacional, que nos acolhia nos finais de tarde para os happy hours com vista privilegiada para o canal de São Sebastião, com direito ao crepúsculo alaranjado notório que acontece no verão na ilha. A churrasqueira localizada na parte de baixo da casa, bem próximo a piscina, nos motivou a desistirmos de ir a praia e curtir o calor na casa mesmo. Internet wifi é vida! E a TV com Netflix e Sky, salvou as nossas idas só de casais para a Vila, deixando as crianças em casa. A suite master tem uma vista que só indo para presenciar e um banheiro com uma hidromassagem que você consegue visualizar o canal de São Sebastião.Dica: faça um sorteio para ver quem vai desfrutar desse quarto, ou um rodízio entre os casais. Todos merecem passar uma noite e desfrutar dessa hidromassagem. Ah, e ainda tem a caseira, que você pode contratá-la a parte para preparar o café da manhã, deixar a cozinha em ordem e limpar banheiros, básico e excelente para viajar de galera e nas férias!

ÓTIMA!!

Aluguei a casa por 05 dias para janeiro/13, todas as vezes que contatei a proprietária seja por e-mail ou telefone ela sempre foi muito atenciosa e simpática. Em virtude de problemas de saúde, tive que alterar a data da locação para março e não tive nenhum problema quanto a isso. Cheguei na casa ela estava limpa, organizada, com galão de água, papel higiênico nos banheiros e kit de limpeza. Nossa estadia foi muito boa, curtimos muito a vista, a piscina e principalmente as redes nas sacadas. Valeu muito a pena! Queremos voltar no final do ano.
