Perfect Relaxing Oasis

It was just what we need, no fuss, relaxing sanctuary conveniently located to the beach with a well positioned pool featuring a lovely view. Would recommend for those looking to unwind!

We have been to Ilhabela multiple times and stayed at different places . This place is exceptional. Luxury but humble, the perfect location and wonderful view. Breakfast is delivered to the room, to enjoy on the private beach front balcony. The bathtub facing the ocean is so relaxing. Across the street is a wonderful restaurant right on the sand. Great food and typical drinks. The manager is always available to message regarding trips, bike rentals, jet ski rentals, best restaurants in town, uber, anything. The island is very safe, safe to walk to and back from restaurants at night, and great places to go for a run or walk. They made us feel special on our anniversary with special notes and gifts. The staff at the hotel is so polite and attentive to our needs. It truly was a perfect stay for us. We will return many times.

Serviço MUITO Ruim

Diversas escadas, muitas sem corrimão (tínhamos uma pessoas recém operada). Ninguém para nos receber ou explicar os quartos quando chegamos (estávamos em 3 quartos). Quando fomos atendidos, a pessoa pediu para que quem chegou pegasse a chave do quarto de quem não chegou e nós mesmos recepcionássemos. Internet não confiável, precisei trabalhar e não funcionava diversas vezes (quarto 5). O hotel não tem qualquer serviço de bar ou restaurante, somente o que está no frigobar e, depois das 16h, ninguém para atender no hotel. Café da manhã é cesta pré-contratada deles, sem opção de alterar e não há qualquer mesa no quarto, apenas mesas de centro baixas (desconfortável apra comer). Ao perguntar no atendimento se havia algum local do hotel com mesas para comer o café com maior conforto, a resposta foi que ninguém tinha feito esse apontamento em 5 anos. Para limpar o quarto, necessário deixar o aviso na porta, mas um dos quartos não tinha o cartão. Na saída nos questionaram se pegamos as lembranças deixadas nos quartos. Descobrimos que um dos quartos não recebeu. Muita falta de atenção e atendimento bem ruim.
