Lamentavelmente nĆ£o tivemos uma experiĆŖncia boa. O dono do hotel questionou a minha reserva pelo site Hotel.com., disse vĆ”rias vezes que nĆ£o trabalhava com esse site. Fez questĆ£o de mostrar o e-mail dizendo que eu nĆ£o havia feito reserva. SituaĆ§Ć£o constrangedora. Depois que telefonou ao Hotel.com, verificou que ele estava enganado e que havia reserva para este hotel. Sei que foi um caso pontual, lamentavelmente. E alĆ©m disso, muito barulho para quem quer sossego. NĆ£o gostei.
