Situated in a quiet valley just outside the picturesque village of West Down, this charming holiday let is also only 4 miles from the popular coastal resorts of Ilfracombe and Woolacombe, and not far from Combe Martin.

Bedroom 2: Twin bedroom with two full size single beds.
Bathroom: Bath with shower overhead, WC and wash basin.

Gas central heating, electric oven with hob, microwave, fridge with small freezer compartment, dishwasher, washing machine, WiFi, bed linen and towels provided (beach towels not supplied), cot (please bring your own cot bedding), high chair on request, short breaks available, no smoking, pet free cottage, 4 miles from the coast, 0.5 miles from the nearest pub, weekly changeover day is Friday, supermarket delivery, outdoor dining area in communal courtyard , off road parking for 1 car, over 4 acres of communal grounds, a children’s play area, two fishing lakes (rod licence required).
