Place: Situated at the sunset bay in the town of Iguaba Grande in the lake district, 90 minutes distant from Rio. 4th town in quality of life in the state of RJ.
Rooms: large living room plus 4 bedrooms, 2 of them suites; apropriate for 8 people. The owner is German who likes things working properly! Main house and an additional smaller house near the swimming pool with a bedroom, office and bathroom, on top of this a terrace with panoramic view. Big Pool, big barbecue grill. Humming birds. All in all 5 different outside places each of which with at least 5 seats: 1. Panoramic terrace viewing the lake, 2. Two Pool terraces 4. barbecue terrace 5. covered kiosk in the tropical garden. 20 garden lights. Easy to understand explanations make you enjoy this tropical and romantic athmosphere right from the beginning of your stay. Upon arrival, as a courtesy a bottle of Casa Valduga quality champaign. A XP laptop, printer, scanner, copyer and a broadband internet line are available.

Foi tudo ótimo! Casa maravilhosa. Frequento há 18 anos! Um sugestão é a substituição dos ar condicionados de parede dos quartos maiores por ar Split. Pois não dá vazão, tendo que ligar horas antes de ir dormir. E também a aquisição de um Freezer.

Foi uma virada de Ano Novo em família muito divertida e animada. A casa é muito boa, confortável e a piscina uma maravilha. Os donos precisam dar uma melhorada em alguns itens, como o fogão que já está um pouco antigo, colocar mais uma TV visto a casa ter muitos cômodos. Mais nada que desabone, somente melhorias mesmo. Costumo me hospedar com frequência nessa casa, a D.Neia e o Paulo como sempre bem receptivos. A casa é bem equipada, o espaço é ótimo, a piscina é limpa diariamente durante o período da estadia. Na minha opinião por ser uma casa com muitos cômodos, precisa de mais TV principalmente para o quarto que tem fora da casa. Super recomendo!!

A casa superou às expectativas do grupo. Cozinha com todos os utensílios necessários, churrasqueira e área externa com mobiliário de piscina. Ar condicionado em todos os quartos, que funcionam muito bem. Internet funciona muito bem para Home Office. Um mini mercado ao lado da casa. Uma sugestão seria atualizar as fotos do site e incluir algumas dos quartos e cozinha.

O que dizer desses 5 dias maravilhosos nessa casa, ao chegar nós conhecemos a Dona Neia que é simpatia em pessoa e nos passou tudo sobre a casa sem deixar nenhuma dúvida uma ótima anfitriã para esse lugar que sem dúvida voltaremos. A casa é tudo que está no site e não tem o que tirar e nem por é idêntica e que casa, a piscina então nem se fala todos amamos. No dia de ir embora Dona Neia nos indicou o restaurante Água na boca e acertou mais uma vez que comida maravilhosa. Não tenham dúvida na hora de alugar não vão se arrepender a casa é perfeita e uma ótima localização.
