Here, you will enjoy the feeling of an almost new holiday home – ready for relaxation and vacation.
The house offers three comfortable bedrooms, a stylish and functional kitchen, and a bright living room with direct access to a large, sunny terrace. Here you can enjoy your morning coffee, light the barbecue, or relax in the outdoor spa/jacuzzi under the open sky. The spa provides the perfect setting for relaxation and well-being – both on warm summer evenings and on cooler days.
The enclosed garden offers a safe environment for families with children and plenty of space for play and leisure. At the same time, you can enjoy small nature experiences right outside the door, where squirrels, hares, and deer regularly pass by.
The location is ideal for guests who want beach, nature, and shopping within short distance. Marielyst’s popular and child-friendly sandy beach is only about a 5-minute walk away. Lidl is approximately 7 minutes on foot, and Marielyst town centre can be reached via a pleasant 30-minute walk along the water or a short bike ride.
