基本食器類や部屋もリノベーション済みで 大変綺麗です。Netflixも見れるなど配慮も 良いですが、隣に少人数の施設も併設されており、そこの人にうるさいとグループだったので言われた為、敷地内に欲張って建てすぎた結果ではと思いました。駐車場が小さすぎて車4台ギリギリです。 それ以外は全て良かったと思います。

最高の施設

2025/3/1(土)〜3/2(日)で利用。 結論から言って文句なし優勝です！ 17人まで泊まれる大きな母屋は、外見は古民家ですが内装は綺麗にリフォーム済みです。 1階は玄関入って右手は大きな和室(畳)が2部屋。襖を外してぶち抜きで使えば、全員で宴会ができます。(テーブルは無いので折り畳みの長テーブルが2つあれば完璧なので今後ご検討ください) 1階左手はフローリングの掘りごたつ式テーブルのリビングです。(8畳程度) 大きなテレビもあり6人までならここで食事をするのがオススメ。 そこに隣接するのが広くて綺麗なダイニングキッチン。 大きな冷蔵庫には嬉しいサービスドリンクがたくさん！ キッチン備品は包丁、お皿・コップ類、お鍋も十分用意されています。 (なぜかフライパンだけ見当たらず) 小さな円形のダイニングテーブルもあり、食材を置くも良し、そこで食べるも良しです。 電子レンジもあり さらに奥に進むと、ウォシュレット付きトイレ、お風呂があり、こちらもリフォーム済みでとても綺麗！ その横の廊下には電車模型が飾られた棚があり、電車好きにはたまらない演出ですね。 目の前の線路には数十分に一本通る小湊鐵道もとても可愛いです。 (同じ敷地内にある3軒のコテージも小湊鐵道の電車をイメージしたカラーリングで、4〜5人の少人数の際はこちらを予約するのもありですね) さらに奥に進むと、1階最後のお部屋です。 こちらは洋室でベットが２つ。 真ん中には巨大な非接触充電装置があり、他のほのぼのした雰囲気とは異なりホテルの雰囲気です。 次は2階。 まず、トイレとシャワールームでこちらもリフォーム済み。 あとは和室と洋室(ベット×2)がそれぞれ1つずつ。 という感じで、最大17名での利用でも十分過ぎるほどの広さで文句なしです。 縁側の前にはBBQセットもありました。(焼き場×2、テーブル×2) 今回の予約時には「BBQの機材は自分で用意してください」との案内だったのでBBQは諦めたので、その予約サイトの施設情報だけはちょっと残念だったかな。 この施設は食事のサービスは無いので、食材やドリンクは全て持ち込みです。 オーナーには宿泊費のみの支払いです。 (基本料金は8名分で86,000円程度で、1名追加ごとに4,000円加算で最大17名まで) 庭先にあるコテージ3棟とは距離が近いので、別のお客さんが利用されていると騒音に注意が必要です。 今回、うち1棟に小さなお子さん連れのお客さんがいましたが、特段トラブルはありませんでした。 と言うわけで、大人数で利用するならここ一択！！と言うほど完璧な施設でした。 また必ずリピートします。 ありがとうございました！
