AVOID AT ALL COST …

There was a massive cockroach in our room… the air conditioning wasn’t working fully!! The night manager was extremely helpful… in the morning the women at reception was shocking. Actually said she wasn’t going to apologise and said just to ‘deal with it’ luckily we only stayed for one night but it was an experience that I hope no one else will have to go through and on top to have the to spend 450 pounds a night for the pleasure is an actually disgrace also our luxury room had fogged out windows so you feel like you are in a prison.

Great location, OK apartment.

Check-in took 15 min. Reception lady is very nice and kind, provides all info needed about the room and area. Location is perfect for Ibiza town. 2 minutes walk to main streets and shops. Apartment was clean and all decent amenities. But you get what you paid for.. walls were a bit damaged and the apartment itself looks old, everything was clean, toilet had recently been renovated. Would stay there again if I'm on a budget.

Great location and large rooms!

Check in was very quick and she gave us plenty of advice on where to go and labeled a map for us! They provide clean towels and free wifi! The location is amazing and very close to the village and many bus stops!

Do Not Stay Here

We were robbed our first night there (switched locations the following night). We had a MacBook Air, cellphone and sunglasses stolen (along with Canadian money!). Luckily passports were left. Location has a door code to get in and we secured all windows and doors, so it had to have been someone in the building. Upon contacting the manager (Mayte) she was extremely unfriendly and said she didn't believe anyone had broken in. She also said we were making things up for insurance purposes. We called the police, though nothing could be done (the police came the following morning, took pictures and were very friendly. They where more concerned we had paid 585 euros for a two night stay) We were refunded a portion of our money, not all. Apartment cleanliness was questionable - to make matters worse, we found a dead cockroach the night we found out we were robbed. Location was the only good thing about the apartment. Finally, when I showed Mayte the comment about John from the UK having money stolen she said that was a lie. So everyone, please don't let the people managing this apartment tell you our experience was a lie. This place is not worth the money and troubles you may experience.
