We've stayed here for five years. Sorry to say, we will not return. It's time to update the rooms, restaurant and bar. The pool area and some of the personal (especially the girl from Rumania, always with a smile on her face while making coffee or in the bar) was the only good thing at this hotel. We had problems with our toilet flushing about 5 times and they couldn't fix it permanently. The management was not very nice or accommodating.

Staff were super friendly, particularly the staff in the pool bar. Drinks in the pool bar were incredibly reasonable especially for Ibiza, making it a lovely area to relax in the day. Pool and surrounding area really stunning with lovely sea view. Rooms were lovely, clean and comfortable. We had a brief issue with air con which was dealt with within minutes and turned out to be our fault for not closing the door properly! Breakfast was brilliant with a wide selection of fruits, cereals, hot breakfast, pastries, cold meats etc. Also wifi was very fast!

We were here sadly for only 2 nights, but had a wonderful time. Firstly the staff of the hotel is very helpful & hospitable. They were more than willing to help us out with whatever we needed - in fact one of the suggestion the front office staff gave us for clubs to go to actually worked out really well for us! The best part of the property is the poolside - and do try the Jacuzzi & Sauna as well if you get the time. The breakfast spread is really good! Will surely come here again!

We stayed for two nights in a sea view room. Room was on the third floor with gorgeous views out to the sea and the beautiful hotel garden. The room was pretty and the bathroom brand new and spotless. Pool area is also beautiful, only annoyance being rude hotel guests who occupy sunbeds from early in the morning and then leave for hours keeping the beds reserved...why would you think it's ok to do that?? Sandwiches from room service were great, breakfast 'meh' despite large selection (or maybe it's just my indifference towards Spanish food...). All staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location with lots of cute restaurants nearby and short taxi ride to town and Playa d'en Bossa.

After reading all the rave reviews about this hotel, I was expecting a lot. The staff are excellent, all of them. The pool and pool area are superb, as is the pool bar, which does CRACKING club sandwiches, and really nice cocktails. What disappointed me though was for £240 a night, I expected a far nicer room. It was quite dated and small. Also I had no ironing facilities (which I really needed) and they don't have a laundry service, even though there's a price guide for it with the hotel info in the room. I think you should definitely get those basics when paying those prices. Finally, I had intended on using the gym a little bit but the air conditioning was broken for my entire stay and it was way too hot to use. Overall though, I'd recommend this hotel as the location and everything else is really nice.

Stayed for one week in July. Location is great, pool area lovely and always beds available, Wi-Fi strong connection and bar lovely view for an evening drink. The only criticism I have is that we paid extra for a sea view room and were very dissapointed to walk out onto out balcony with a view almost entirely blocked by a huge tree ( photo attached). When I complained I was initially told that the extra I had paid was for the executive interior however I had my booking confirmation which clearly stated sea view. After this We were told we could move the next day which was a little inconvenient but worth it. Our second room had a spectacular view but it was very disappointing that the hotel would even attempt to sell the first one as a sea view then argue with what we were entitled to as this is not the best way to start a relaxing holiday! Sad that put a dampner on things but other than that it's a lovely hotel.

We have just returned from a two night stay at the Los Molinos and we cannot wait to return. The pool area and garden is beautiful and the rooms are lovely with comfy beds. The hotel is in a great location and the breakfast is amazing with a large choice. Staff are also helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend this hotel and the pool bar.

A nice, average 4* hotel, free spa and gym. Fit AC in the rooms. Rooms are well kept and clean. The bathroom is always with unisex showergels and shampooo and also woman products (!). Each room at the seaside offers an nice balcony with table and chairs. Try to get a room at the 4th or 5th floor, seaside, the view is awesome. The pool area is nice and chilly. The poolbar offers a diversity of soft- and longdrinks, cocktails and Cava (=spanish Prosecco, you should try!). The germans will occupy the sunbanches early in the morning, and block them. ignore it. The only thing i didn't liked was the breakfast - the food was delicious. But there is no concept, you run in cirles with other confused guests in the morning (!!!) and try to find your things. The coffee line blocks the entrance... Don't ask. The entire stuff was friendly and some of them had real humour. To the center of Eivizza you'll walk 30 min if you are fit. Grab a Taxi. -Some will warn you about "unofficial" taxi drivers (they have no lightbox with a number on the car roof). We tryed, and it worked perfectly. This are no criminals who will kiddnap you! Just fix before you get into the car the directoin and the price. Don't accept any change of conditions. They are friendly and nice... But sure, you should call the official cab rides. It's a 18+ Hotel. There are no kids. ;) It's pretty mixed there, gays and lesbian couples as well as heteros. And it works. I'm not sure if the hotel is really fit for wheelchair drivers. Yes it works, i think, but i don't think it's comfy. Sorry to say this.

Spotted this hotel many years ago and always wanted to stay. The price was right for three nights and I booked a room with a sea view....well worth it as the alternative is a room facing the street with no balcony. The rooms are a good size and comfortable, although as a solo traveller, I would have preferred a double bed as the singles were a little small. BUT the view was incredible and as a 'ship geek', I spent a lot of time on the balcony. Breakfasts were wonderful, served by friendly staff. Plenty of variety and beautifully presented. The pool area was excellent as were the gardens, but would encourage the hotel to put some seating in the gardens so that folk, who do not want to swim, can enjoy the ambience of the gardens and the tropical plants and read a good book. Reception very efficient and hotel very clean throughout. It is adult only...a quiet haven to which I shall return. Very close to the promenade and central Figueretas... I recommend a visit.

The hotel’s location is excellent! Approximately 15 minutes walk from the old Ibiza Town and about 15 minutes walk from the bus station. The popular beaches of Playa d’en Bossa are also within walking distance as are the smaller beaches of Figueretas. Los Molinos is situated on the seafront. We had a seafront room with an amazing view! The room was spacious and comfortable with reasonable size bathroom, minibar and flat screen TV. The extensive gardens fronting on to the sea are an absolute plus point with beautiful planting, a good sized swimming pool and nice sun loungers. The hotel has a large restaurant. Breakfast is a buffet service with a big selection of hot and cold food.
