Just got back from spending 3 nights at this hotel with my partner and we couldn't fault it. The breakfast was very nice with a good variety, the hotel is very clean and the beds are really comfortable. Thank you for a lovely stay we hope to return again next year.
What a lovely little hotel, I wasn't really expecting much for the price we paid, but wow as soon as we arrived we were greeted by a lovely lady called Chris, who made us feel very welcome throughout our stay, The whole place feels like it's been modernised, the room was immaculate and aircon worked very well The location was great for the bars and shops, the water taxi a 5 minute walk And two lovely beaches, just a footstep away!!! Ignore the bad reviews as there's nothing to complain about I was half board and there's plenty of things to eat, and you know if it's not for you, don't worry you're surrounded by lovely restaurants I've just booked again, by far the best hotel I've stayed in Ibiza And wait till you meet max the manager, he had us crying laughing all holiday Trust me I don't normally do reviews but credit where credit is due
The hotel is in a great location. Pool overlooks the sea with fantastic view of the bay. Hotel staff are really friendly and helpful. Hotel is clean and looks fresh and modern. I had no complaints with breakfast. Plenty to choose from. If ur booking here I would definitely book a room with a sea view as the view is stunning. I didn't book a sea view and my room 213 had no balcony and my view was a wall. Little disappointed but I was offered a different room for an extra 15 euro a day. Shower wasn't great either. However this didn't spoil my visit and I would stay here again. Oh and the wifi in my room worked perfectly and around the hotel. Hotel is really good for family's wanting to relax away from all the madness of ibiza
A wonderful hotel, off the beaten track slightly but also abutting the beach. Fabulously old fashioned in appeal but with all the modern functionality you get from the more banal, sterile modern hotels found all around Ibiza. The photos don’t do it justice, the food was first class, and the staff were, without exception, the most obliging and friendly people I’ve come across after many years of travelling throughout Europe. Will definitely return when time allows.
We stayed here last month. The hotel is clean and tidy and the rooms are modern The location was perfect! Far enough away from the action of San Antonio but close enough to walk to. Nearby beaches were lovely and you could get a lounger easily. Some restaurants on the doorstep but we didn't eat there, preferring to walk into the west end for dinner Only downsides are small pool but that's not an issue as the beach is close and breakfast wasn't great. Nice selection of fresh fruit but the yoghurts weren't kept on ice so were warm. Cooked English breakfast not the best. Would definitely recommend and go back but on room only basis!
We stay here every time we visit the island, We have made a lot of friends here over the years, This was our 1st visit back in 3 years and wow the place has certainly been improved, Not saying anything was wrong before but they have modernised it completely. We booked through booking.com however on an advanced rate and the hotel did take the payment from my bank account twice. Was a bit annoying but it was refunded 4 days later and everyone makes mistakes. Pepe the barman is excellent, So friendly and nothing is to much trouble, Room had a lovely sea view and the air con was ice cold just the way I like it. Stayed half board this time but never ate dinner in the hotel, Breakfast was nice, English bacon and sausages and plenty choice, Pool area has been extended and you now have a lovely view of the sea, Sitting there sipping a beer watching the sunset is amazing, If you want to be close to the action but have a nice chilled environment then the Tagomago is the hotel for you, Only downside is the prices have shot up considerably since a few years back and I think they need to address this as it may put a few regulars off. All in all another great stay..
There have been improvements since our last trip July 2016, outdoors has been tiled which looks great but has lost about a dozen sunbeds, we managed to get them 1 day in the 5 we were there.this would be an even greater hotel without the hens and stags, Louis doesn't need them as the hotel would quickly fill up. we had a noise problem with our rooms as Louis decided to do some building work at the front of the hotel, why this wasn't done while the hotel was closed is beyond me. staff excellent, breakfast excellent, finding a table wasn't a problem, only had dinner 1 night and that was excellent for 12 euros. Nice to see other guests from last year. Cannot wait for the gates to go up to keep the lucky men out, far too many as one goes out one gate another comes in the other way. Not sure about this eco tax, it was only 50cents per person per day, now it is 1.50 euros a day, and you cannot see it being spent in San Antonio.
I have chosen this place based on reviews on Tripadvisor. It has been somewhat a disappointment. Let me start with the positive things; staff was nice, breakfast was not bad, and the location in San Antoni is really convenient, that's it. Now the negatives; perhaps I've been unlucky but my room was awful. There was a persistent bad smell, like there was something putrid coming from the bathroom. In general the hygiene was not great, in all fairness. There is no wifi in the rooms and you have to go to common areas to connect, which is kind of painful if you are not roaming. Also, despite we had a bed and breakfast reservation, we actually did not have the table booked for breakfast, meaning every morning we have to beg for a table. Overall, the place is average and should be improved.
Room 243 Kim! Great hotel, lovely friendly staff, spotlessly clean, good food, lots of sunbeds, great swimming pool, deep, but also have a shallow part for children. Great area for lots of bars. In the restaurant a table for each room so great for single people. Loved my 2 week stay, can't wait to go back!
Stayed end of June for 5 days, group of 8 (aged from 23-56). We were all spread out but we didn't mind about that (I didn't request rooms together in the first place). My room was family sized (double bed and 2 singles), modern bathroom with lovely big shower (water pressure could have been better). The room was clean on arrival and cleaned every day (except Sunday) with fresh towels supplied. Air Con didn't work on arrival but was fixed as soon as we reported it. The pool area was great, again very clean with plenty of sunbeds. We made frequent use of the bar too. Found all the staff to be pleasant. We've stayed in a couple of hotels in the bay area but all agreed this was by far the best we had tried to date. As we had a late flight, I was able to pay extra to keep my room on which was perfect - there was a room that could be used if this wasn't possible. We would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to others.
