A great budget hotel, very close to the beach at figuretes. A short walk into Ibiza town. A short bus ride from Playa den Bossa. I stayed here twice this year, and the staff remembered me. They were lovely too. I often use hotels from this group( Playasol) and am always happy with the service.
This hotel was clean and conveniently located. The customer service was good and they gave us suggestions on what to do and where to go. This hotel is right across front the beach which is great. This is a good place to stay.
Stayed here for a week. Rooms are basic, but clean and cleaned daily. we requested a lower floor as my friend has a fear of heights. we had to move room a few times as this request had not come through via Booking.com you are over the road from Figeratas beach. Staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Free Wi fi which was really good. TV (from the 1980's) shows 3 Spainish channels. Cheapest accommodation in the resort.
Great location at 1 minute walk to the beach. It's all about location, having an open mind and seeing the hospitality of the staff of the hotel. We checked in at midnight and the hotel staff was patient, did everything right and with a smile. The hotel in itself is not a multi-star one, but a freshly painted, clean, fairly well maintained and even though I haven't personally seen the pool, I've heard from my friends that it was extraordinary. You have a cupboard and a safe in your room, quite basic but enough for a trip to Ibiza. Paid £30 a night and you can't get better than that! Close restaurants nearby, shops and the beach.
I stayed in this hotel a couple of nights and I found it had a very good price value as well as a very friendly staff. The location next to the beach and a 15 minute walk from city centre is amazing. The staff has been very helpful, especially Raquel as I was waiting for a very important document my friend posted to me a few days earlier, unfortunately I had to leave Ibiza before it got there and the hotel arranged for it to be sent back to my address in the UK, which was great added to their very helpful service. Will definitely visit again.
We only spent here a night as it was just a short visit to Ibiza from Malaga and back, but will be returning for sure next year. City is just amazing. About the hotel I can say that it is reasonable for the price, you do not expect much for a short stay, the reception staff is really nice and accomodating, the hotel itself is a bit outdated with a small elevator and the rooms do not have proper air conditioning which does not matter for a night but if someone spends here a week or two would appreciate air condition system, or at least working fan as our was not working. However the breakfast was of a good selection and fresh according to my friends, but could have been a bit more wide range. We have booked this hotel because of the good location and the rooftop pool which was amazing, looking over the sea and the island with a fabulous view, the beach is just a short walk away. Again I need to speak about the reception and cleaning staff, we have left our apartment key in the room and got back to the hotel during the day when we realized it and they have searched for it in the room and Adriana found it so big thanks for the staff of being professional. All in all the hotel needs improvements if you want to stay there longer than a day or two.
I paid 150 euros a night for a horrible very small cupboard size room, with no aircon, terrible bed and generally tired and grubby interior. I immediately felt that my valuables would be unsafe in this room so paid a 10 euro deposit for a safe key and also set my 'door hanger' to do not disturb as I did not want cleaners in my room. The following day, I was getting ready to leave my room when the cleaner entered holding my door hanger saying I had left saying 'please clean my room'. I was now even more suspicious, so I locked away all my valuables, however I didn't lock away a new bottle of aftershave I had purchased in duty free and left it on the table. The cleaner would have seen this when she made her unsolictied entrance previously. When I returned later that day, the aftershave was gone. I went to the reception to let them know that I think it likely that one of their cleaners may have taken something from the room. Initially I was told it was 'impossible' and the cleaners had be working there for years. Effectively, I was told I was lying. In reponse, I said I told her I'm not asking for anything, so what is the benefit in making this claim. She said she would speak to her manager who would ask the cleaners if they had taken anything....I mean, how stupid was this women! I spent some time explaining that bad-eggs do exist in this world. I was shocked at the customer service - what kind of hotel basically implies their customer is lying when they report something like this. Anyway, I then looked on trip advisor for reviews and see that others have had items stolen including 400 euros and it sounds like they got a very similar response from the lady on reception. I would strongly recommend not staying here as clearly it has some very dodgy cleaners and I wouldn't be suprised if the receptionists are complicit. If you do stay, I implore you to either set up a hidden camera or at the very least, leave a full bottle of aftershave, with the contents replaced with something unsavoury on clear display. I hope this review saves someone from a similarly poor experience. At least on this occassion it was only a 50 euro bottle of aftershave that got stolen.
The hotel is very good located and they have a very friendly service personal. Thank you very much toward to Martin, Raquel, Romina & Cristina for the well service. The hotel is very good located in Figueretas on Ibiza. It is closed to Ibiza city and Platja d´en Bossa and to the airport.
To be fair we stayed in single rooms which were distinctly basic - maybe the twins or doubles would give you more space. This is a basic amenities hotel - it is ok but no more than that. It is however 1 minute from the beach and a 15 min stroll to town or 20 to Play den Bossa. The room was sparse but functional and at least was cleaned promptly although I doubt it has been deep cleaned in years and the fan was heavily encrusted with dust (which I suspect explains my sore throat during the nights). Figurerets is moving upmarket and so the few remaining places like this will continue to be busy - but don't expect much!! It also advertises free wi-fi but I certainly couldn't get it to work.
Nice surrounding beach just seconds away and all the restoranas. Nice and friendly staff apart of the room condition only basic and Cockroaches next to your bed. Does make feel ill. Swimming pool on the roof really basic and not many people staying there. Overall so not worth to pay fortune for it !
