My husband and I️ stayed at this all inclusive at the end of the season, which is supposed to be quieter according to previous reviews. Unfortunately this was not the case and attributes to this average review. Check in took over a half hour waiting on one line, they were slammed when we got to the hotel which was after 3pm. My husband and I️ were already exhausted and luckily our room was ready. Food at the snack bar was basic and nothing to write home about. The buffet was actually pretty good, and had a lot of choices. We had dinner at the Mediterranean restaurant on the sister resort, which needs to be booked WELL in advance, at least 48 hours. Pool was small, however there were NO loungers available, which was such a disappointment. I️ do not mind crowded pool areas, however loungers were a needle in a haystack. Once 8am hit, it seemed as if everyone brought their towels and claimed a lounger and went back to bed. On the flip side, the bus at Playa en Bossa to Elvia was easy to maneuver. It was about 20 minutes to Old Ibiza Town which was fantastic. Wear sneakers on your adventures to Old Ibiza, there is a lot of climbing! Also, best to go later in the day when everything is open!

Stayed here for 5 nights with a friend and our 2 babies - we manage to share one large family room and it was perfect for the 4 of us! We had a great overall experience with the all inclusive package allowing you to eat & drink pretty much all day long. After breakfast, there’s like a snack bar that opens, then lunch, followed by an afternoon snack buffet and finally dinner. So you can’t go hungry... whether your a family/senior who’s here to relax and enjoy the day, or young and want to party all night, it’ll accommodate to you. The food/buffet was the biggest I’ve ever seen as well - sooooo much choice! So you will always find something you like. The pools can get a bit crowded but they are huge, and you are on the beach otherwise if you want a bit more space to yourself. Ibiza town is not far but best rent a car - we enjoyed one day in Ibiza town, one day touring around the island and on wednesdays there’s the hippy market which we definitely recommend too. Only negative how close you are to the airport. Obviously handy. But you constantly hear the planes. It didn’t necessarily bother us too much, and there’s a curfew thank goodness, but I could definitely hear them...

I visited in may 2017 with my husband and 2 children. Upon departure we left an expensive shirt in the bathroom which staff confirmed they had found and would keep safe for my friend to collect who lives on the island. Despite my friend attempting to collect 4 times and being left waiting every time I eventually had the reception team confirm they had now in fact 'lost' said item. Again after much pain the hotel staff agreed to pay the cost of the shirt back. Fast forward another two months and still no payment. At the end of June I had an email saying funds were on way and they would tell me when cleared, well it's now 6 months since my visit and I'm still waiting and now no one responds and they have not delivered on their promise. I think this is a disgrace for a supposed top quality hotel and will be ensuring those I know from the island pass on the message to all they know that this is not somewhere to recommend friends and family stay. Can't even get contact info for a manager. What terrible terrible service.

We have been back nearly a month, and we have already booked to go back next year. We were very lucky with the weather, and after a few days in a room that wasn't really suitable for me due to walking issues, we were moved into the only available ground floor room, which unfortunately was on the main corridor where young ones gathered. I have to say had our room been nearer the lift I could have managed, but the staff did their best to accommodate us. The staff were very helpful at all times especially the ladies in the restaurant. The one downfall is, you still have to be up early to get a sunbed even in October. People would put towels on the beds and go out for the day. You don't expect this at a 5*. The food at the Italian and Mediterranean restaurants was delightful. The food overall was very good, as were the drinks. Looking forward to going back and hopefully a ground room facing the pool

This is the best all inclusive hotel we have ever stayed in. From our arrival nothing was too much trouble for the wonderful staff. The hotel is exceptionally clean, the army of cleaning staff do not stop all day from mopping the pavement at the front of the hotel to keeping the lobby and pool area spotless and the rooms are cleaned to a very high standard. The food in both hotels and the themed restaurants are a very high standard, to the point where we didn’t need to venture off the complex to get a decent meal as I have had to do at other all inclusives. The hotel is in a beautiful spot right on the beach with views to die for from the premium suite. I would like to thank bar man Antonio Vaquero for his exceptional service and friendly attitude and Beatriz Jaraba Vazquez (smile manager) who went above and beyond to make our anniversary very special indeed, from champagne and rose petals in the room to a champagne and lobster meal with spanish guitarist serenading us !! The premium suite is a great upgrade if you get the chance, beautiful views, lots of space and a private rooftop jacuzzi and sun bathing area. We had this room for the last 2 days and didn’t leave it apart from frequent trips to the bars which all serve premium spirits. We loved it that much, we have booked the premium suite for our whole holiday next year Can’t wait !!

Excellent hotel, food was absolutely spot on!!!!!! Good all inclusive package and some good entertainment poolside with live music during the early afternoon. Plenty of choices for having a drink (various bars), eating (excellent facilities) and three pools to choose from!!!

My family have just returned from a truly memorable holiday at the above resort. It is difficult to know where to start.The resort is large and spread out but the staff make you feel really special greeting everyone with a great smile and desire to help.The rooms are exceptionally well appointed with free mini bar,free safe and tea and coffee facilities and the most comfortable beds.Everywhere was spotless with an army of cleaners first thing. There were plenty of sun beds although I realise that the hotel closed on the 31st for the season. I must mention the exceptional restaurant and my daughter in law who is a chef gave it a 100% thumbs up as did my 10 year old ,first time abroad, granddaughter who loved the cooked to order pancakes and omelettes . Don't let the nearness of the airport stop you booking this hotel as we quickly got used to the noise of planes taking off but it is quieter when the wind changes direction. And for a personal hassle free travel experience book with Jet 2 holidays ,newer planes,more leg room and once more exceptional staff. Thank you for making our holiday so memorable.

Our family are regular visitors to the amazing Palladium White Island but our most recent trip was definitely the most memorable for us. Our son is highly allergic to peanuts so every time we go on an airplane, to a restaurant, to a pub - basically anywhere outside our home we put our sons life in the hands of the staff working on the premises. Yolanda and Claudio the 2 head chefs took amazing care of our son and made him special meals to make sure he always had safe food that he wanted to eat. Not only that, but they were so kind and so sweet to him they made him feel like a celebrity each time he walked into the restaurant. Thanks so much for taking allergy-kids so serious. I can never see us going anywhere else on holidays. See you next year :)

I recently stayed at the White Isle, along with around 30 of my wedding guests, I wasn't getting married at the hotel. The hotel itself was brilliant, no complaints about the food or facilities. However, on the morning of my wedding, my make up artist and hairdressers arrived and weren't allowed up to my room. I was forced to go down to reception to rectify this. Turns out, the only way to resolve this was to pay for a day pass for each of these people, even though they wouldn't be using ANY facilities. This was a cost I had not accounted for, and was never advised of, even though the hotel were aware I was staying there for my wedding. The hairdresser, who had been visiting the hotel for 8 years advised this was the first time she had come across this 'policy'. Management were particularly unhelpful and weren't interested that it it was my wedding day and this wasn't something I should have been dealing with on what should be a special day! This to me seemed like a money making exercise, and given the nature of my trip, I feel that an exception should have been made. Please be wary of this should you visit this hotel as part of your wedding stay.

We came here with Jet2 Holidays who were brilliant and it was a 7min transfer from the airport.We wanted a week in the sun and a relaxing holiday.This is exactly what we got.I had read a few reviews before we flew of loud groups of boys/girls and we didn’t encounter this. I had contacted the hotel via the main website to ask for a quiet room and got a response within 48hrs,and the room allocated was exactly that in block 8. The only noise we had was someone coming back late sounding worse for wear. Having stayed at other Grand Palladium’s in the Caribbean we had a idea of what to expect regarding quality and we got even better than expected. The hotel is very clean,modern looking all the staff we spoke to were very helpful. This resort has 3 al a carte restaurants which are located in the sister hotel,access via a bridge,5 min walk along with the 24hr sports bar. We visited all 3 and found the Mexican to be the best for food and service,as when in the Italian we were asked if we wanted desert and said in a few minutes,which went to 20 minutes as they got busy and not enough staff to cope with demand. The most annoying part is it clearly stated men to wear tailored shorts or trousers and shirt or polo shirt,sadly a group from the UK thought this didn’t apply and some had sports shorts and T-shirt and nothing was mentioned,also the same group got upset because the staff couldn’t sit them all together about 10 of them,we saw another UK family do this in the Buffett restaurant causing mayhem. So why not enforce the dress code if everyone else makes the effort,it is also clearly shown on the booking receipt from guest services. The food at the buffet was excellent from the live cooking stations to everything put out,lots of staff constantly replacing the food. The entertainment at night was good again this is in the sister hotel. We visited the beach but the hotel part is small,so stayed by the pool. The staff at the pool bar were good,and served people in the order they arrived,even if someone pushed their way through. The room we stayed in was a double deluxe,very nice. Overall this is a great place,we did arrive mid October after the clubs had their closing parties so maybe that’s better if you want a quieter time. We’ve already decided we will return here next year,perfect stay before winter in the UK. Also the hotel is wheelchair friendly and accessible. The plane noise is not a real issue and some days the planes take off in a different direction so you don’t hear them,and they are not flying late at night.
