Great having the adults only pool for those without kids, All inclusive is extensive and queues never too long. Good location & great for wide ranging parties in terms of facilities and entertainments. Rooms fine but not amazing! Clean & friendly. Occasional long queues at reception.
We have just returned from staying at the Cala Gracio Hotel. It was perfect. We had the best time. The hotel is lovely and quiet all day and night. The rooms must have really good sound proofing. Also they are really dark with good shutters on the patio doors and blackout curtains. Just what you need if you are sleeping all day after a late night out. We have previously stayed at the Tanit which we also loved. It is quite manic during the school holidays at the Tanit but this didn't bother us last year as The adult only pool at the Gracio was heaven. That's why we decided to book here this year. We always managed to get 2 beds at the pool even when waking up late. This was the first week in August as well so peak season. We loved the hotel was only on 2 floors so no need to wait for the lift like in the tanit. The lady working on the Cala Gracio bar was so lovely and friendly always smiling and cheerful. We ate food at The Gracio and at The Tanit it was always great with plenty of choice. The hotel is also close to Cala des Moro and San An so easy to go out for nice meals and nights out. Taxis arrived quickly when we asked the receptionist to book one as well. We have had the best holiday and can't wait to return next year. Thank you to all the staff xx
This hotel is very good for a 3 star. The rooms were nice and clean, the buffet restaurant was very good and varied, best of all was the staff, very pleasant, helpful and all with a smile. The sister hotel next door can be off putting if you are looking for quiet, however we didn't feel this affected our stay too much apart from some of the guests using the small quiet pool at our hotel. This would be fine if there were more sun loungers or a larger area for everyone, I found I had to get up early to get a bed. That was my only complaint really.
The tanit has three pools. A kiddies one and a main pool and an adult only pool area. The adult only is ideal if you want to relax away from the main pool the only problem is they dont inforce adults only so there is children the shout throwing balls etc. If they are advertising this as being an adult only pool they have to inforce this.
First class adults only hotel, very clean and modern air conditioned throughout. All the staff at this hotel are very respectful and nothing is of any problem when you ask for something. Out side of the hotel is well kept and very tidy, there is also steps from the garden down to a small but again well kept beach. The only down side to the hotels pool area is the sister hotel the Tanits residents tended to take all the sun loungers. We are trying to book this hotel again for a break next year but it doesn't seem to be available in any of the sites I've browsed, but I'll just have to keep trying.
Apart from check in at the huge adjoining hotel, everything was great. Small but nice rooms (could have really used a mirror in my room & a few drawers) but otherwise well equipped with iron, kettle etc. The restaurant food, service, menu made our holiday along with the lovely staff here and at the bar, always happy to serve. nice to see plenty of sunbeds available around the nice adult only pool area. could've done with a few more parasols. Just a couple of mins down some steep steps to a lovely bay with a nice beach bar/restaurant. beds etc 21 euros per day :/ We thought the quality of food, drink and cleanliness made this a good choice for us.
Check in at tanit hotel room was at rear on first floor no lift at gracio hotel two flights of stairs Double room with small balcony overlooking trees down to beach very peaceful Room was split into sitting room with tv bedroom with tv only couple of news channels in English Shower room with hairdryer Both rooms had ceiling fans and air con but air con wasn't effective rooms very hot during night Restaurant and staff were excellent food was really good all week you can order from a menu or have the buffet or both we enjoyed the food never a bad meal The waiting staff were excellent very friendly and helpful a real asset to the hotel as are the bar staff thought they made a big difference to our stay excellent Pool area as said in others posts is very busy you have to be down early to get a bed it is adults only there are no signs to say only gracio so everyone can use there are beds in the garden area but can be really busy Beach is lovely just at back of hotel A short walk down to water taxi 4 euro each will take you right into San An bay You can walk to bay either follow coast or down back street back street is faster Weather was roasting all week
We stayed for 9 nights at the beginning of June. In our opinion this isn't an adults only hotel. This is an adults only building within a very large, busy, noisy family hotel. The hotel reception is within Hotel Tannit, any issues or queries had to be dealt with at hotel Tannit. We stayed on room 1222, on the first floor. It was a modern room, quite corporate, very similar to hotel rooms I stay in at work. Unfortunately it didn't have a balcony, just a window overlooking the back of the kitchens. To be honest, we struggled with the room as there was nowhere to hang wet towels, swimsuits, clothes, etc and quite small. Some rooms had a balcony but they overlooked the swimming pool of hotel Tannit. We really missed a balcony and at times it felt quite claustrophobic. I went to reception and asked for a clothes airer as we had wet beach towels and swimwear. I was abruptly told 'no'. Obviously I thanked them for their help and their efforts to accommodate my request! I fully agree with other guests comments about the staff-rude. The food was okay/ good. It was a nice quiet restaurant. There was a self service buffet but also a small menu to chose from. They offered 5/6 main meals and 2/3 veggie options. Everyday they offered a burger and club sandwich. They offered lots of fish, chicken and pork dishes. There was a good selection of nice desserts and sometimes cheese and biscuits. The drinks were good, branded alcohol but you need to ask for the brand or they will give you the local version. The wine was good, which is quite unusual for an all inclusive hotel. Snacks throughout the day were only available at hotel Tannit. There was a small adults only pool. We struggled to sit around the pool at times as all of the beds were occupied by the guests from Hotel Tannit. Our first few days were across half term in the UK. Hotel Tannit was chaos so I can understand why people didn't want to relax by that pool( it would be impossible) Hotel Tannit offered a kids club and activities, sadly these activities took place on the tennis court next door to the adult only pool. Just as you start to doze off, 20 children arrive to kick a ball around- aghhhh! There is a pretty beach a short walk from the hotel. Their is also a regular water taxi to the centre, this is only a 2 minute walk from the hotel. The hotel is located out of San Antonio, a 20 minute walk into the centre. It doesn't have bars or other restaurants in the immediate area, so if you fancy a change of scenery, it's a walk. We paid a €10 deposit for a towel, so it's not worth taking your own. I found the restaurant and bar staff at the Cala Gracio very friendly and chatty, very different to the Tannit. We didn't go to the evening entertainment at the Tannit, we avoided it to be honest. Once you're in San Antonio there are regular buses to Ibiza town (€2 each way) and the hippy market (€3.70 each way). We had an enjoyable 9 days here however I think there are improvements they could make to make it even better. I also think that it shouldn't be marketed as an adults only hotel.
Just coming back from our holiday and can honestly say it was a nice quiet stay. After reading reviews about noise from the kids and the sister hotel using the sun beds from the adult only area, I have no complaints. Me and my partner stayed by the adult pool most days and there wasn't to much noise from the holiday club or when they were using the football courts or archery. The food was also OK and had a variety of different options and different selections most days so it wasn't always the same food on offer. The staff were excellent especially the bar staff in the adult hotel only they were very welcoming and friendly. The entertainment was OK but was always packed when you got there it would of been nice if they had an entertainment section in the adult only. The location was OK it was quiet and had beautiful beaches around and one just 30 seconds away from the adult hotel. The only thing is if you wanted to go to the main bit in San Antonio there a water boat taxi just walking distance from the hotel. As there not much activities to do outside the hotel. Overall i have no complaints and have enjoyed my time at Fiesta Hotel. Thank You
We visited this hotel on May 5th for one week, travelling as two couples. The first impressions when we got there were good. Reception staff were first class very friendly making us feel very welcomed. We were given directions to our rooms which, was the sister hotel and was for adults only. There was a small walk to this hotel which, is smaller than the main hotel, this wasn’t a problem for us but if people have mobility problems then it maybe an issue as there is some steps leading up to the entrance and I didn’t see a ramp. The hotel may offer assistance with this but this would need to be checked. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with modern furnishings and plenty of wardrobe space. There was a kettle but no tea, coffee or cups suitable for hot drinks. We always bring our own coffee and tea and buy some cheap cups while we out there, only because we prefer mugs and not the little cups that are often supplied. There was a hairdryer supplied and good thinking on the hotel a moveable mirror next to the hairdryer so the user doesn’t need to share the bathroom mirror. The only down side to the room was as it was on the ground floor and to the back of the hotel it didn’t get much sun. This would be a complaint to some people but as me and my husband say, “You don’t go abroad to sit in your hotel room”. Rooms were cleaned every day and towels changed daily if you needed. The food was good plenty of choice if you are a meat eater, however, as a vegetarian the food does become slightly tedious having to make do with a mucky mixture of hot and cold salad food. It’s not just this hotel it has been nearly every hotel, please start thinking of us vegetarian people. Pizza, salad and sprouts don’t mix well. The pool area was well kept just the right size and there was always a sun lounger. It is next to the football pitch which, may upset some people if they want peace and quiet, it didn’t us. There was plenty of choice in the all inclusive drinks and as we had payed for the premium stay we were entitled to the named spirits as well as local choice. As well as free wifi and safe deposit box. The entertainment which, was in the main hotel was not bad. There, was some tribute acts and the hotel entertainment staff also done some shows to. They also did work hard especially with the children there was always something on both night and day. There was also a small bar over at our hotel which, you could use on the night if you didn’t want to noise there was table and chairs both inside and out were you could sit quietly and have a drink. There is a small beach close to the hotel with a small area to by drinks and snacks, however, there is steps down to this beach. The day we went down the water was full of jelly fish so swimming was out of the question. The location of the hotel was good within walking distance of other places to eat and drink. We did go out for a meal and drinks on some nights this was just for a change of venue. We watched the sunset going down after walking along the seafront which, was wonderful. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family and think it was a good stay and value for money.
