When we first arrived we felt it was very disjointed with the 2 separate hotels, and first impressions weren't great. However we allowed ourselves time to settle and began to really enjoy our stay. The main restaurant is hit and miss, with Luke warm food and often a strong smell of fish. We had to wait for a table on a couple of nights, but no big deal. The snack bar was great, and the lady working there was always soo polite and full of smiles. Lifeguard....... After first hand witnessing the near drowning of a young boy (who I am pleased to confirm is okay xx) it is obvious that the lifeguard is not sitting in the ideal place! I mentioned this after the event to the management! He is still sitting in the same place!! Obviously, not safety first!!! Also in the seating area outside the snack bar/entertainment area, this is like ice when wet..... No signs and we saw a man fall.... And later appear in an arm cast!!!! The location of the hotel is great, it just needs a little upgrading. We would visit again. Enjoy everyone xxx

Stayed here for 4 nights, going home today.had a lovely peaceful holiday staying in the premium rooms in the hotel overlooking the bay.stunning views.some of the bar staff in the beach bar could really do with being more friendly.manuel was lovely and the men serving in the bar in hotel number 2 were also friendly enough.the lady in the snack bar cooking for our whole visit does a great job.couldnt work out what the different coloured wristbands meant though??lovely stay, definitely would return.access is easy for the boat taxis and little trips

Myself, husband & 12 year old stayed for a week in the second hotel. The view was looking out onto the opposite hotel & towards the sea (not a sea view). The room was fine albeit a little small to manoeuvre around as we all got ready. Plenty of storage for 3. We were all inclusive. Purpose of our trip was to explore ibiza but it was only £120 more to go all inclusive so it was a no brainer. Breakfast - great. Fresh pancakes or omelette made each morning by a very lovely guy. Cooked breakfast options and continental options. Teas & juices available. Lunch - possible the best meal. Fresh meat made and lots of choice. Deserts were lovely. Dinner - still nice and lots of options. Usual buffet food. Drinks - not all in the all inclusive. Beer, cocktails were ok. Soft drinks. Wine wasn't great. Coffees etc were ok. Slushes were the winner! Ice creams - cornettos or magnum types - great. You could also request a pack lunch if you were going out for the day. Pool at hotel 1 - lovely view but never any beds. Pool at hotel 2 - it was fine but could use some updating. And a lot of the sunbeds need replacing. Snack bar - good selection. Pizzas, chicken nuggets, sandwiches & salads. All lovely and chef sweet. Staff - the woman at the restaurant was very good. Most staff were friendly and helpful. Location - perfect! Water taxi outside. 20-30 min walk to San An. Bus stop opposite hotel. Would recommend.

Just returned from a fabulous 10day all inc holiday at the Mar amantis, we stayed in block 1 top floor premium room, overlooking the bay. The food was really good plenty of choice to please everyone. The whole place was spotless clean. Would defo return. 😊. Anne & Allan St Helens.

This hotel was a very enjoyable stay. When we arrived we were told that we were in the other hotel across the road,I thought o great!! But it was in the end the better hotel we thought!..The room was fine, balcony etc all fine,we did have a lot of noise some nights 2 3 o'clock in the morning but didn't bother us.Staff all very helpful & friendly the only thing I can say negative about it is the "bouncy' whoever he was that started at 5pm all dressed in black & walked around like a little 'Hitler' very miserable doesn't speak to you or smile!! The food was across the road but was fantastic plenty of choice every night. We stayed for 1 week.Thought the area was a little to quiet but we chose to go on boat trips every day & it picks you up right at the front of the hotel. You can buy tickets of a very pleasant man who sits there all day.Entertainment was fine, different thing going on every night.Pool area fab 3 pools to choose from much better than the other hotel across the road. The snack bar was fab over at hotel 2..very pleasant girl on & serves very quick. The only other down side is they kick you out of bar/entertainment area at 11.30!! So everyone got no choose but to go to their rooms, this is when little 'Hiltler' tells you that only 2 to a room, when all you want to do is play card 5 of you on your balcony! If you decide to go here just watch out for him but we found that about 10 people went into a room & was mac king a lot of noise & music & he didn't say a word,he came marching up and shouted in my friends face to shut the balcony door n 2 to a room when she was on her own before or theirs joined her..

We were there from 30/9 to 7/ 10/17 in a room on the first floor overlooking the flat roof to the sea. Unfortunately for us, almost directly outside our balcony, mounted on the flat roof, was a very noisy air con unit. Didn't think about this at first but as the week went on we realised it was too noisy for us to use the balcony at all, and at night we had to make sure the doors were closed. That was room 1102 in building 1. At the end of the holiday mentioned this on the review form, gave it to Manuel, the manager, but he choose to ignore that comment. Strange as we had found him to be a very nice man(obviously only up to a point) In hindsight we should have asked to be moved to another room. Otherwise a fantastic hotel, right next to the beach and the jetty for all manner of boat trips, great quality and selection of food. As usual smokers took over the outside seating area where the all inc bar was located. They badly need a non smoking area there for us many non smokers who also want to enjoy a drink and the wonderful view without having smoke wafting across you all the time. Badly behind the times on that. A few strange rules and problems, 1) the coffee machines in the restaurant were not available for use at lunchtime or evening meal times, Why? 2) All incl snacks were only available across the road at building 2. 3) The tea/coffee tray paid for as an extra for use in the room was not automatically restocked. You had to ask at reception for items and on numerous times they had run out of things there, very disorganised on that issue. 4) Paid for wifi in the room was a bit slow and at times intermittent. 5) Hugely disappointing TV as only two English speaking channels, one of which was the pathetic Sky News channel. Overall a nice place to stay but needs attention in a few areas to come up to our quite modest standards.

Just back from a 3 day stay for some closing parties. Hotel is very nice, clean, decent food and a relaxed vibe around the pool. Vegetarian options were limited but the snack bar has a decent selection and the drinks were good. Hotel is a mix of couples, groups and families but everyone is very friendly. Walking distance from San Antonio town or you can hop on the water taxi right outside the hotel. Good value for money.

This hotel was so miserable & moody! Pool is way smaller than it looks & there certainly isn't direct access to the bay from the pool don't be fooled! Food vey strange to say the least not alot of combinations that went together Staff are just horrendous! can be extreamly rude. Our room which overlooked bushes and ajoined the hotel service road 6am or before each morning deliveries were made,we asked to be moved on our night of arrival to be told to come back next morning which we did and then to be told to come back the next day which we did so this is now 3rd day into the holiday living out of our suitcases on the 3rd day told to come back at 12 to then be told that the room we could have was not available untill 2 by this time we had waisted 3 days of our holiday once moved we tried to get on with the holiday only to be invaded by pensioners of all nationalties RUDE RUDE AND DOWNRIGHT RUDE!!!! meal times were horrendous they would push and shove to get to the food and tables and god help you if you got in their way..The hotel is not situated in a great part of the bay to be honest and you also have use of Mar Amantis II as well which is a little better but all told we will not be returning to this hotel or this part of Ibiza which is run down and dirty

Arrived back home yesterday from a 2 week stay here with my 2 yr old, husband and mother. We stayed in hotel 2 which we couldn't fault as the pool area and facilities were brilliant as trying to keep a 2 yr old entertained can always be a struggle 🤣. The kids club opened twice a day with Miguel who was brilliant with the kids and kept them occupied with painting and crafts which they could bring home with them, Miguel also kept the kids entertained around the pool area through the afternoon with various activities. The hard working Ray kept all the adults entertained with activities around the pool area which myself and my husband joined in with which was alot of fun, Ray and Miguel also kept us entertained through the evening with shows and games. These guys deserve more than 10 out of 10 for their hard work and dedication and hope to see them again in the future. The hotel was clean and comfortable and all staff were friendly, there were a few disruptions through the night with younger revellers going back to their rooms in the wee hours but it was to be expected, security would deal with this pretty quickly so no great complaints there. Going all inclusive we couldn't fault the food there were great options every night and my fussy eating 2yr old never went hungry. The gentleman that greeted us at the door every day was brilliant with my daughter and made such a fuss of her I wish I could remember his name 😑 but i would like to thank him for such a great service and Ava would like to thank him for all the lollipops after dinner 🤣 Overall a great hotel and lots to do in the area aswell as some great boat trips would highly recommend and we hope to see you again in the near future, thankyou for helping make some beautiful memories xxx

Stayed here with 5 friends aged between 26-57. When arrived late at night we had a quick check in but we were not shown to our room but found it ok. Next morning we woke and went for breakfast and had a look around, big resort with loads of pools and good few bars, everywhere very clean and comfy bedrooms beach was very nice also. On our second day one friend was dancing slipped on the slippy dance floor (seen a man with a buffing machine the following day) and broke her leg and damaged her foot! We spoke to our rep and she got doctor that was in the hotel and cost 100€ just to come and see her, we were then told she needed to go to hospital and an ambulance was arranged, they took her to a private hospital and she had to pay almost 1000€ and the insurance didn't cover her because we should of been taken to a state hospital, you would of thought our rep would of known this and advised ambulance staff to take her to the state hospital. When at the hospital my friend had X-rays and was told all was ok but went to our local hospital on arrival of getting home to be told it was broke and damaged. We had no support from the TUI rep other then a note under the door asking how she was. None of the staff spoke english and didn't help when we tried to get my friend on the bus when leaving for the airport. We did ask the rep to have a wheelchair at the airport for when we arrive and she said she would but we waited 45 mins for me to have to find a member of staff that would help and speak English at the airport. Overall a nice hotel, clean and good food and really good evening entertainment and good night club on the resort, drinks served on the all inclusive till 3am.
