We were allocated a great room on the 5th floor , with access too the roof terrace! The bar staff were excellent in all three bars, along with reception team who did all they could ! Alex and the entertainment team kept me and my lad busy and were good fun ! We will be back again soon ! Thank you Pablo for an enjoyable stay once again

Great hotel, nipping clean with lovely staff. Lovely pool and a fab spa! The sunbed run on a morning is hilarious but there was always plenty to go around. Food and drink were great. The only negative was lack of space to unpack cases, we had a 'twin' room for myself my husband and son and there was very limited space to unpack cases however this was a very minor issue. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

After careful consideration we booked the Bergantin for a family break with our 4 year old son. I trawled through plenty of hotels before deciding on this one mainly due to location and the postive reviews. Have to say everything ran really smoothly from the get go. The front desk were always really helpful with check in, taxi's and advice for getting the bus. We were half board and most days opted to swap the evening meal for lunch we were just told to give them 24 hours notice. Have to say the food was decent plenty of choice and exactly what you expect. Rooms are nothing special typical spanish but were really really clean. Plus point for us was the tv in the room had Ceebies so kept the little one enterainted whilst we were getting ready. Pool area is good but you have to be up at the pool opening 9am to Q to get a sunbed or you wont get one all day. At first i thought this wasnt very good but suppose it gives everyone a fair chance. Great little kids pool and play area right by it. The enterainment team were great with the kids and they even threw them a foam party which made my sons day. Location is right by Es Puet Beach literally at the end of the road which was lovely. There is shops and resturaunts all round the hotel area. It is about 5 mins walk to the start of the promenede to walk all round San Antonio bay and up into San Antonio. Would definetly return to this hotel I thought it had a really nice family vibe and we werent disturbed by any rowdiness at all.

The hotel was excellent, staff very friendly and helpful, the staff at the pool bar were friendly and entertaining. The choice of food in the restaurant was excellent. Room was basic but very clean and the maids came in every day.

Stayed at the Bergantin for a week, 3rd - 10th August. Went over for Radio 1s Ibiza Weekend. Hotel was lovely. There were 3 of us in the room, which was quite small, but was only a base so workerd out fine. The food was lovely. Plenty of choice. We has the Premium rooms so was able to use the rooftop bar. What a lovely place with lovely views. We used the adult only pool all the time, which wasn't always adults only, but that didn't bother us. The pool was always warm and the sunbeds comfy. Most of the staff on reception were fab, especially David, but there was one guy who was very stressed which came across as unprofessional. The only issue we had all week was that on the Tuesday night we had a power cut in our room around 10pm just as we were getting ready to go out. The problem was not fixed until 10am the next morning, even though we phoned and visited reception on numerous occasions. Apart from that incident I would definitely stay at the Bergantin again.

Second time at this hotel and it has gone down hill in my book. Especially with regards the staff, which lets this hotel down a great deal. First of all there is not enough Parasols for the guests. There were people (children) left without and in the 34 degree heat in August this is just unacceptable especially for young children. I Asked a member of staff at the gym if there was any Parasols as there wasn't any but I found the response rude and unhelpful telling me that I must not take Parasols off the staff and to go and ask someone else, in my opinion the staff should be looking after the guests but looks like this isn't so. One member of staff spoke no English (security guard I think) and a man wearing a blue AZULINE shirt shrugged his shoulders when i asked for an umbrella. I then spoke to reception who did nothing. Very frustrating and upsetting as guests are meant to be looked after. But not at this hotel. The only decent staff was in the food hall always very polite and helpful even at the busiest times (this is why I have given it two stars) lol. Food was hit and miss. Rice was hard and soggy on some occasions. Some days food was lovely..why can't this be kept up? Children's entertainment was good, good disco in the evening, but I felt there was favouritism between some of the staff and other children, my son was upset in the reception one day and was ignored by the entertainment team they just strutted past him. Last year a lady Sarah was amazing with my boy but I felt like something was missing this time round. Overall very disappointed with this hotel, and we won't be staying again which is sad because last year we felt was good for a 3 star hotel.

We booked this for a family event, all together there was about 30 of us some in premier rooms and some standard. The premier rooms are lovely cleaned every day as is the hotel, however the standard rooms where fousty and dated. The most important element for me was the all inclusive drinks and snack details, all drinks served in cheap plastic cups, I am a grown woman and at no time do I want a g & t in plastic, especially on my holidays that had cost me over £1000, even the lovely roof terrace served plastic albeit thicker more authentic looking plastic. The other little things like the restaurant manager hounded some guests for their restaurant card before entering and my husband and where not asked once! Last but not least was the snack bar I only used once asking for a coffee which I queued for 10 mins for and was given a polystyrene cup which I refused. The staff in the snack bar where beyond rude but reception staff where lovely. I would not return but others would but I work too hard for my holiday to be given rude service and plastic glasses for my well earned G & T's.

We've just got back from staying here with out 5 year old. The hotel was friendly and very clean- rooms were cleaned each day and new towels given. The food was good although some nights was hit and miss. My only issues were the juice and sausages at breakfast could do with looking at but other than that we always found something to eat. The pool was fab for all of us and the entertainment for both kids and adults was great. My little girl loved the kids club and mini disco, she made lots of new friends and had a fab time. A big thank you to the entertainment team you made our holiday. The hotel is in a great location not too close but not too far. We would stay again but maybe upgrade this time. We couldn't as there were no premium rooms left but we were desperate to go on the roof terrace! Thank you for a great holiday!

Booked into standard room after having a premium room last year, we did not feel it was worth the extra $250 euros upgrade fee. Hotel, very good location in the heart of san antonio bay. Very clean with rooms done everyday. VERY GOOD DISABLED ACCESS. Fantastic for kids with 2 x 2 hour kids club slots everyday. You wouldn't leave the hotel whilst its on as it is an open kids club but it sure gives you some time to chill during the day. Food and drinks: Food is of good quality however, as with all all inc hotels, gets repetitive after a few days. Drinks are local brands and served in plastic cups. Again great at 1st but we tended to go out for a proper gin and tonic later on at night. The little mini golf placed does fantastic proper drinks for a good price. Entertainment: Something on every night and great for the kids. This was our 2nd time here and will no doubt return again. Massive shout out to the entertainment team, work hard all day and keep the adults as well as kids entertained. Also the guy with the guitar we had reservations when we 1st saw him but he was brilliant and it was all his own backings on the tracks. Thanks Azuline Bergantin.

Just returned from a 10 night stay in a premium room, we are a family of 3 our daughter is a teenager. Initial impressions of our room were very disappointing as it was very compact and the third bed was a base on the floor. I returned to reception to show them the image in the brochure of a regular bed but they had no rooms like this available. Once we organised our clothes and bags in the limited space for 3 we adjusted to the room. Decorations are clean and bright, the air conditioning is good quality (it has a quiet mode we used in the night) and the bathroom was OK with a powerful enough shower. Premium rooms are no different to regular rooms bar the decoration, the big bonus was access to the roof top terrace, sunbeds were always available, service was great from the bar good views and a cooling mist is generated, overall a good hotel.
