A simple apartment in an amazing location just 15 mins away from Ibiza Town. The apartment was very clean which made it a pleasant stay. The only 2 points to let know: The apartment has a balcony but the sun does not reach it. Walls are not soundproofed. You can hear people talking behind the walls and using toilets. If you have a party next door, no sleep for you unfortunately.
Great location. Friendly staff. When we checked out we were offered to use the shower, got clean towels and these little extra's makes you feel welcome. The only thing we didn't like that much were the beds: We had two single beds and the weren't really comfortable.
Perfect for families or couples. The rooms were okay, very basic but has everything you need. The sea view is lovely. The pool area was great, with beds, music and a bar which sold cocktails and snacks. Nothing bad to say about this place, apart from I feel it was quite over priced for how basic the rooms were! There are shops and restaurants right next to the apartments, and Ibiza town is about 20 mins walk. Or you can get the boat or taxi.
Stayed here for 5 nights in September 2016. Great location, lovely staff, basic but very clean apartments. Worth the extra for the sea view room, view is amazing to wake up to. Would defiantly stay again :-)
Firstly I would like to say that this was a great holiday. Not far from the town, close to the beach and near many bars. Apart from that there are not many hotels that offer free safes in the room and we took full advantage of that. We never had any issues with decor ( it's really good) staff (they were really good too) or noise. I've stayed in Tenerife, Gran Canaria, Magaluf etc and this place is bordering tranquil. Best sleep I've had for a while tbh. Only problem was when the other half opened the very efficient curtains and the sun hit me. Great views great staff great place. Now we didn't eat here because I always eat at different places each day other than that it was perfect
For a journey in the failed mass tourism architecture of the 70's, this is the place to be! More seriously, this place should be renovated, especially the reception, the beds are not comfortable at all, and there is a lot of noise from the airplanes flying above your bedroom. Same price as other hotels in Ibiza, without the hotel service and quality. You can find better!
We arrived late Sunday evening, the reception staff were very helpful. There is free air con, safe and free wi-fi in the room, free (Spanish) TV, a hairdryer, iron, toaster. No kettle but water can be boiled in a pan. You do not have to pay a deposit for the safe, air con or TV. The beds are very comfy and the view from the rooms overlooking the sea are spectacular. The towels are replaced daily, the rooms cleaned upon request, or often, even when not requested. All the staff were polite, helpful and friendly and couldn't do enough to assist. We had no complaints, but here are some words of advice depending on what type of holiday you want.... The pool area has loud music playing when the bar is open which doesn't led itself to relaxing with a book. The rooms overlooking the sea, especially on the ground floor can experience noise from passing people and traffic. Ground floor terrace is huge and sunny, but not very private. The walls are thin, but this wouldn't be too bad if the other guests were more thoughtful. A lot of them being there for the Ibiza music scene mean they are coming and going at all hours, banging doors, moving chairs/tables and playing music so beware if you are a light sleeper. The cleaners can come at any time during the day so if you are having a siesta, use your 'do not disturb' sign. Overall, it is a basic, but good clean hotel, good service, great central location near the beaches, restaurants and just a short walk from Ibiza Town.
Stayed here with friends for a long weekend in Ibiza, while the location is close to the beach and the rooms are clean they are NOT secure. The lock on the door is an old fashioned door knob with a turn key to access with not chain on the inside for security. My friends belongs were stolen from their room whilst we were gone for 1.5 hours to eat dinner down the road. The sun was still up, families were around the pool and the hotel staff were not helpful. On-site security and management were unable to provide security camera footage and my friends were being passed from one employee to the next without receiving any help. Not going to stay here again, would seriously recommend the Playa Sol hotel group investing in upgrading the locks on their hotel to key cards and upgrading their onsite security cameras!!!!
The apartments are well situated just a walk from town and beaches. We opted for a sea view and were not dissappointed the view was amazing. The room was cleaned daily and the room itself was nice and spacious. We did have a problem with our air con unit leaking water that was not fixed for 5 days. Which was like some sort of chinese water torture. Juan the guy at the pool bar has all the personailty of a hibernating bear that has just been woken up. As does the older blonde lady working on reception. Maybe its a training programme they are on. The lock on the doors is basic with no safety chains so not massively secure. The loungers by the pool are so uncomfortable i would rather lie on broken glass. In my opinion this place is massively over priced.
Considering that a lot of young people stay here it was quiet, mainly I think because people go out about 11 and return after 7am. The rooms are simple and the bathroom modern. The swimming pool is clean and never that busy. The views over the bay are amazing so go for a sea view!!. I have stayed here a few times and the staff are great and security are on it to the point I left my door ajar as I went to collect something and there was a knock at the door questioning why it was open. Security of course is always a cause for concern anywhere and us stupid tourists are easy targets but there are safes and you can leave things at reception. The rooms are clean and cool with great views at a reasonable price (for Ibiza). The apartments are at the end of a road so its quiet no loud bars etc. Ibiza town is about 15 min walk or a short cab. There are also a couple of good restaurants on the small beach near the hotel (this beach is great to get away from too many people). There are a couple of shops next to the apartments as you have a basic kitchen set up.
